Sleeping up to 6+ people, this brand new luxury villa is in a prime location only 5 min walk from the El Pinet Beach at La Marina Playas. The blue flag beach is bounded by a nature reserve; ideal for bird watching, walks and picnics. Being suitably placed to combine a relaxing holiday with discovery of the Costa Blanca, nearby are Santa Pola, Guardamar and Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and La Manga. Also excellently placed for golfing enthusiasts with an ideal winter climate, several courses are close by; La Marquesa at Rojales is 10 min away, Las Ramblas is 20 min away and El Plantio, near the Airport is 20 min away. More famously La Manga Resort is around an hour away by car. The villa has its own 6 berth full luxury jacuzzi. There is a large communal pool just across the street from the villa and within 5 minutes you can be drinking a freshly brewed coffee or if you desire something a little stronger in one of the tapas bars in the beautiful little coastal village of La marina.

The location of the villa is in El Pinet. Just outside the beautiful little village of La Marina La Playa. Just south (15-20 minutes) of Alicante airport and the Marina of Alicante. Santa Pola and Guadamar are 10 minutes away. With Torrevieja 20 minutes to the south and La Manga a further 25 minutes. There are a number of golf courses within a very short distance of El Pinet. Benidorm is only 45 minutes away. Transport from either Alicante Airport or Murcia Airport can be arranged.

  • Notes to the rental rates:
    A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking (this amount will be credited to the total fee when the booking has been completed).
    Discounts may be applied if booking more than one week & for last minute bookings [within 2 weeks of departure]. £150 security deposit will be required in addition to the advertised rates. 25% of the rate or £150, whichever is greater will be required at the time of booking with the remainder required 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment will be required.
    The security deposit will be refunded after the keys have been returned and the villa and Jacuzzi have been checked and the keys are handed back.

Notes: The Ground Floor: Offering a comfortable spacious lounge with TV/DVD and CD player, air conditioning/heater, a 3-seater settee and a 4-seater settee, a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom with a shower and a dining room with table and chairs for 6. Outside there is a very large garden and terrace/patio with a delightful sunny aspect including a large luxury 6 birth Jacuzzi. The second floor has a landing which leads in to the bedrooms and bathroom. Another staircase leads up to the top floor solarium. This is the perfect hide away to while away the days and catch a tan the whole day.

The villa on the whole was fine, but what a shame that the whole site has been left unfinished. No building work going on but lots of unfinished areas. When we were there the pool was not open and in a very poor state, so we had to go to the beach each day. The restaurants on the beach were not the best, the village was better, but not a good walk because of the roads not finished and no lights. I only hope it gets completed in the near future,

Stunning property in a great location right in the heart of La Marina Playas, The short 20 min transfer from the airport made it the perfect break for us we enjoyed a quiet four days relaxing by the pool walking to the fantastic restaurants close by in the evening. Mr Phillips was very helpful on the phone when booking the villa, altogether a very pleasant short break. Stuart and Kate.

Great weekend away

Myself and 5 friends (couples and singles) had a great weekend at this villa. It was clean and very well kept, even luxurious and we all particularly liked the roof terrace with its sun lounges and views out to the sea. We were very lucky with the weather and the large pool just 20 yards away was an absolute bonus. The beach is 10 minutes walk and there are 3 excellent, local restaurants not more than 5 minutes walk. Great weekend and a superb place to stay.

Lovely villa!

We stayed for a week in this lovely villa. It was very clean, in great condition and in a great location!
The beach is only a short 5 minute walk and has several lovely eateries right on the beachfront! The paella was fantastic, the best I've had in Spain!

The complex is lovely, very safe for families and children and has a lovely large pool...

The villa was very spacious and sitting on the roof terrace with a glass of wine watching the sunset was heaven!

The location is also great, very close to the airport and a good choice of several villages within a short distance..

I would definately recommend a stay in this villa!
