Access
Immediately on receipt of the balance due, we will send you the GPS details and Michelin-type maps to help you find La Triade.
The stays are calculated from Saturday to Saturday (evening arrival, morning departure).
We will await your arrival between 16h00 and 17h00 on the Saturday, to hand over the keys and confirm the inventory with you. If you are delayed, it is essential to telephone us so that we can rearrange your welcome.

Every facility installed in our house is aimed at ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and trouble-free as possible. A inventory dossier (entitled visite inventaire) will be available to you, when you book, so that you will know exactly what equipment is supplied.

One is immediately to hand for daytime purposes, on the ground floor next to the Blue Room. The other, circular in lay-out, fits in beautifully with the warm ambiance and old-time charm that characterise the first-floor landing. Its facilities, nevertheless, are absolutely up-to-date, with a modern-style basin and hydro-massage cabin..
Bedrooms:	3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 - 1 Queen - 2 Twin/ Single - 1 Queen Three bedrooms of character. The Blue Room, on the ground floor, has a window facing south over the flowers and countryside; one double bed. With no houses opposite, it ensures perfect quiet. The adjoining corridor runs from the main living-room, past a washroom and WC, and leads directly to the car-park via a French window (thus giving this bedroom its own separate entrance). The Mauve Room, on the left of the first-floor landing, has two single beds; very light and airy, it has three ?Velux? roof-windows - over the garden and countryside to the south and over the swimming-pool, garden and orchard to the west. TV is installed. The Yellow Room, on the other side of the landing, is the room of the rising sun: a large window faces the east and a ?Velux? overlooks the south. It has a double bed and TV with cassette-player. Shutters can be closed on all the upstairs windows..

When this is closed, you need have no fear of small children falling in; half-open, it?s tailor-made for grown-ups who ?like to go swimming without getting wet? (as some of them put it!); fully open, you and any visiting friends can have unfettered pleasure from the pool and its surrounding terrace. Another joy for people who feel the cold: the cover raises the water temperature by as much as 8 to 10 deg. Among many other facilities: sun-beds, a garden room and sun umbrella on the south terrace; a picnic table in the shade on the north terrace; a quiet corner looking out over the orchard; and two VTT (cross-country bikes) for explorations along the forest paths..
