This new townhome is elegant one floor living with laundry facilities, garage, jacuzzi bath and screened porch overlooking lake. It is one block to spectacular communal pool and jacuzzi. It is on a PGA owned and operated resort with 3 competition golf courses and state of the art practice ground, home of the US PGA Professionals Qualifying School. It is 5 min. drive to shopping and many popular restaurants and cinema. It is about 20 minutes to beaches with many activities and natural habitats for local wildlife.

It is 1 hour to Palm Beach with many sophisticated restaurants and cultural events. It is 2 hours from Orlando and Disney. It is also near the very large Lake Okeechobee. It is about 3 hours to the popular beaches of the gulf coast. PGA village itself has 3 championship golf courses and a learning centre. There are many popular restaurants and shopping centres within a short drive.
