The Studio is recently finished and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It contains all the modern conveniences that one would expect in a modern apartment. The Studio has two Pull out beds (one Kingsize (160 x 200cm) and one single), lettings to just two people are preferred. The Studio is fully Air Conditioned. It is located on the Ground Floor an has access to its own private garden.

Beaulieu Sur Mer is situated on the coast (population 3000) is almost half way between the City of Nice and the Principality of Monaco.
