Ideally situated between Nice, Cannes, and Monte-Carlo, just a few kilometers from beaches, it allows many interesting visits in the area. Restaurants, museums and activities are available very near. (nearest snack-restaurant only 200 meters from the house) About 15 km from international airport Nice Cote d'Azur, and motorway A8 exit 55 at 3 km. Commercial center at 2,5 km.
