PRIVATE owner rents self-catering near the famous sandy Burriana beach, in Nerja ( Costa del Sol, Andalusia, Spain, Europe), south facing (sun all day) with beautiful view to the Mediterranean sea. Free Wifi

Beach and sunbathing lovers will be able to laze in the sun, on the south facing terrace or 4 minutes walk to the Burriana beach or to go to the swimming pool ( in season) with garden and solarium just below the apartment. Perfect location for day trips: Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Seville, Gibraltar, Málaga, Tarifa... Amenities closed by.

Selfcatering 2 bedrooms apartment of 65 sqm near the sea, very bright, south-facing terrace, living room and kitchen, sunny all day long. Large terrace on the whole width of the apartment and unobstructed sea view.

View to the pool and garden below the building and sea view.

The living room has air-conditioning during summer and heating heat pump for the few fresh nights, a sofa, so total sleeping capacity of up to 4 persons. Satellite television, French, English, German, and Spanish. The fully equipped kitchen has vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, an electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Also for your comfort, an ironing board and an iron, a sun umbrella for the beach and a table and chairs for the aperitif on the terrace.

Located in a quiet area. The 2 bedrooms are at the back, so no noise. One has a king size bed (150cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both have: wall-warbrobe, wall-fan and tableside with lamp.

Garden-solarium with south oriented swimming pool, opened from the beginning of June to the end of October. Easy parking in front and around the residence.

Vacances au soleil en Andalousie

Nous sommes revenus en Andalousie depuis 5 ans. Nerja a su garder son caractère typique : la vue depuis l'appartement est très agréable. La situation géographique est pratique car près de la plage Burriana et à côté de tous les commerces et au centre ville en empruntant l'avenida de Pescia. L'appartement en lui-même est parfait : bien décoré, propre,une excellente literie et très tranquille. Tous les appareils électriques fonctionnent sans problème et l'équipement pour la cuisine permet de faire tous les bons petits plats possible.
Noue retenons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois et l'indiquerons à nos amis désireux de séjourner dans la région. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux : elle donne de nombreux conseils concernant les sorties à faire, les lieux à visiter ou les bons plans resto.

Nous avons été charmés par la situation de l'appartement et la ville de Nerja. A flan de colline, nous avions une vue extraordinaire sur la mer. On pouvait prendre des bains de soleil sur le balcon. Tel que présenté ,l 'appartement est très éclairé et sécuritaire. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mme Sabine la propriétaire.
L'appartement était bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons eu de bonnes références pour les restaurants, l'épicerie et autres services. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 3 semaines et recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement. Hélène et Lionel, Canada

très agréable séjour

location conforme à l'annonce- literie excellente-belle vue sur mer du balcon- nerja est à flanc de colline donc ça grimpe un peu mais en vacances on a tout son temps !!! L'appartement est très propre et on ne souffre pas de la chaleur car il est très bien ventilé. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui a pris son temps pour nous donner quelques conseils sur les sites à visiter..

en un mot PARFAIT....
à conseiller sans aucun doute- annonce très sérieuse et aucune crainte d'arnaque pour les prochains locataires

Nous avons apprécié le cadre,l 'appartement d'une propreté irreprochable, lumineux et très spacieux.La literie est de très bonne qualité.Les placards dans les chambres sont très fonctionnels
La résidence très sympathique avec la piscine centrale.
Idéale avec des enfants et adolescents.
Les proprietaires sont très accueillants et le descriptif correspond aux prestations proposées.

Superbe appartement

J'ai loué cet appartement durant 15 jours en juillet 2012.
Celui-ci est est comme sur les photos, très propre et surtout idéalement plaçé.
La vue du balcon est magnifique, la plage de Buriana est à 10 mn à pied, le centre ville à 20 mn ainsi que le marché du mardi matin.
La résidence est très bien entretenue et la piscine est très agréable.
Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et accueillants.
Ils sont aux petits soins pour vous prodiguer des conseils sur les visites ou les restos sympa à faire sur Nerja.
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et je recommande cette location à tous en précisant quand même que ça grimpe un peu pour rentrer de la plage !
Mes enfants de 6 et 12 se sont éclatés avec la plage, la piscine, les glaces et les nombreuses visites que cette région propose.
A ce sujet je vous recommande sans hésitation la visite de La Alhambra à Grenade, la Mezquita et son vieux quartier à Cordoue, le quartier historique à Malaga, Ronda et sa ville coupée en deux et sans aller bien loin, le petit village pittoresque de Frigiliana.
Un conseil, visitez le matin pour éviter les chaleurs et pour La Alhambra et son palais de Nasride, reservez vos billets via internet et soyez sur place assez tôt (7h30)....pour le reste ouvrez grand vos yeux et laissez vous transporter car c'est exceptionnel.
Petit coup de coeur sur Nerja je vous recommande la paella à volonté chez Ayo en bord de plage et si vous désirez vous faire un vrai petit dej avec chourros, jus d'orange maison, tartine et café, allez au café bar Las 4 Esquinas.....ou faites comme moi, parcourez la région avec le guide du routard.

Strategic location for whom wants to visit the big towns of Andalusia, Sevilla, Cordoba and its cathedral mosque, the Alhambra Palace of Grenada, the winter sports station of Sierra Nevada, Malaga and its Picasso Museum, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Tarifa and its windsurf beaches, the small white villages in the hinterlands, all one-day excursions. Located 55 km from the international airport of Malaga or from its train station. Arrival by the Autoroute du Soleil - Autovia de Andalucia A7, exits 292 or 295.
