Welcome to our privately owned Villa at Montego Bay Kissimmee, Orlando. Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned property has recently been fully renovated & furnished to a very high standard. The home has the additional advantage of being just a 10-minute drive from Walt Disney world and is within walking distance to highway 192, offering all the shopping & restaurants you will ever need. The south facing pool & spa has uninterrupted views onto open fields & a lake. The pool area has plenty of space for sunbathing on the sun beds provided and a covered lanai area with table & chairs. The pool area is fully screened. We have provided a games room for your enjoyment. Cycles and helmets are also provided to allow you to explore the local area. Enjoy tennis on the local court. Our villa is in the beautiful village of Montego Bay, which is just situated off highway 192 (between marker 13 & 14) and offer you a peaceful location but within minutes of the amenities and convenience of the , theme parks, shops and restaurants. The Village offers you free use of the communal swimming pool and tennis court. Tennis equipment provided. WE PROVIDE A FREE SATELLITE NAVIGATION SYSTEM TO ALL OUR GUESTS.

had a lovely holiday in florida and staying at montego bay which was in a very good location made driving much easier we settled in very quickley and enjoyed playing tennis and having strolls around the lake everything you could possibly need in the villa my parents brother and family are all booked and ready to go next may happy holidays love julie & mike

Villa clean comfortable and had everything you need for a Florida holiday. Villa pool perfect for a dip when you come back from parks, shopping etc but if you feel like a proper swim heated community pool is just two minutes walk away and you will usually have it all to yourself. Behind the pool lies the tennis and basketball court if you are feeling a little more energetic. Parks are within a 15min driving distance. If you fancy a break away from the parks there are many wildlife reserves where you can canoe, walk,cycle and see the real Florida. recommend the cycle trail at Winter Park. September was an ideal time to go no queues in the theme parks just walked right up and you were on the ride. Sat nav came in very handy. The town of Celebration very good for dining and of the chain food restaurants recommed Sweet Tomatoes for fresh wholesome food at a bargain price. There are too may nice thing to say about Florida it has something for everyone.
This villa was perfect for us and we hope to return.

Villa was everything we had hoped for and more, fantastic value for money considering all parks and amenities are just a stones throw away. $12 for 7 adults in a taxi to Old Town, Thurs motorbikes, Fri 80's cars and Sat old classics, don't miss it.
If we return to Florida I would have no hesitation booking this wonderful villa again.

Great holiday villa

Stayed here for 3 weeks. A great base for exploring the Kissimmee and Orlando attractions in a very pleasant location.

Villa was clean and tidy and very good value for money and was as expected from the web description. A minor problem with a dripping tap was very quickly resolved by the maintenance company.

Rob was very informative and helpful both by phone and e-mail.

Kids loved the pool and made very good use of the table tennis.

A great place to relax after a hectic day at the parks.

We have and will continue to recommend this villa to friends.

We had a great time in your Villa and have to say that the Table Tennis table was in constant use as a break from the heat. The Villa was very clean and have no complaints at all would recommend this villa to all. Many Thanks
