Located on the hilltop of the Ciotat in a not overlooked residential area. 1 km away from the sea, 7 km from Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and the water park, 30 km from Marseille, 30 km from Toulon and its roads, 15 km from Aubagne, land of M. Pagnol, ceramic and santons, 10 km from Cassis, which can be reached by the touristic road trough the crest with beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. In Ciotat there is a thalassatherapy centre, a cinema, you can go surfing, windsurfing, canoeing on the sea, sailing and hiking. We provide information about the region. There is an 18-hole golf course nearby, horseback riding. The harbour hosts the boat show in May and the bustling festival of 1720 with costumes takes place in November.

  • Rates are for 2 persons. The property is for 2 persons only. The rates include side charges and tourist tax. For every stay longer than 7 days, we will apply a discount. Down payment upon reservation, balance due upon arrival. A security deposit will be asked upon arrival after inventory and statement of state of repair. It will be refunded 7 days after inventory and statement of state of repair at your departure. It is possible to have a meal served one time during your stay upon reservation. Linen rent and cleaning upon request.
  • During the high season, rentals are for minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. The high season goes from mid-June to mid-September, nights and weekends during low season go from January to March and from mid-October to December, except Christmas time. Nights and weekends during high season go from April to mid-June and from mid-September to mid-October, included Christmas time. High season schedule: arrival at 3 pm and departure at 10 am, for other seasons and weekends, according to prior agreement.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR100.00

Notes: Fireplace for winter evenings, terrace with table, tablecloth and 4 chairs, as well as a gas barbecue and a sun umbrella. In the bike shed you have a washing machine, an ironing-board, a sink and an iron. There is a free access pool which is enclosed with a gate. At the edge of the pool you have sun beds at your disposal.
