This front line comfortable and spacious apartment is on the 5th Floor and looks out directly South over the sea toward Port Adriano and El Toro. It has a large air conditioned lounge with 2 comfortable sofas,and opens onto a big balcony with table and chairs, sun loungers and an awning all of which lends itself to the ideal spot to sip those final sun downers whilst enjoying the view. A 42in Flatscreen TV with most of the free UK channels and many European Language channels plus a Blueray player and a stereo with CD system is also provided. The large main double bedroom has sliding doors onto the same balcony and is bright airy and comfortable. The second bedroom has 2 single beds is also a nice size, and is at the rear of the flat. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped large kitchen has a dining area in it and comes with all the normal facilities and appliances.The large bathroom is beautifully equipped and the whole flat gives you an air of comfortable and pleasant living.

Local Information: To go swimming from the beach in the beautiful El Toro bay is less than a 3 minute walk away. Most Water Sports are available on the Santa Ponca or Magaluf beaches. Golf is available at Golf 1 & 2 in Santa Ponsa which is about a 10 minute car drive away. There is also Golf Poniente which is near Magaluf a 15 minute car drive away and finally the beautiful course at Royal Golf Bendinat which is about 25 minute car drive away. There are numerous nice restaurants and boutiques to suit all budgets in Port Adriano plus a new 5* Hotel all within 10 mins walking distance. The marina has undergone an extensive redevelopement program which is almost completed and now puts it on par with the very best the Mediterranean has to offer. There is a newly opened Dive Centre and many Charter Boat Companies to choose from.

General Information: Magaluf which is about 10 minutes away by car is essentially a family resort with Aqua Parks (2) , Go-Karts, An Ocean Park and mini Golf plus huge variety of restaurants, bars, night clubs and shops to suit all tastes. Magaluf has a beautiful wide and long beach of fine sand. Santa Ponsa which is about 5 minutes drive by car lies in the opposite direction. A much more leisurely town than Magaluf but also with a fine beach, many bars, restaurants and shops and again a very large and beautiful beach of fine sand. The area also has many lovely small coves and bays with delightful small beach restaurants serving wonderful fresh fish plus many other tasty Mallorcan dishes. Please note that a car although not perhaps essential is certainly recommended as it would allow you to explore the local area plus the rest of this beautiful island more easily. The new motorway links Santa Ponsa to the capital city of Palma which is about a 25 minute drive away.

General Information Con'd: The very upmarket marina of Porto Portals with its magnificent boats, yachts and very expensive boutiques is about a 10 minute drive away in the direction of Palma.

In the other direction lies Andratx which is another lovely very 'up market' town with numerous restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Some of the most beautiful homes on the island are in this area and many famous people reside there.

The very beautiful and rugged West Coast with its numerous pretty villages should not be missed. It can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. The central mountainous region of the island allows plenty of exploring and is about a 45- 60 minute drive away

Rate Information:

A 25 % non-refundable booking deposit ( minimum £100.00 ) is required at time of booking. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks prior to the rental period and is also non refundable. In the event that the rental period is sooner than 8 weeks the full amount of the rental must be paid at the time of booking. Holiday insurance is recommended in case of forced cancellation. No bookings will be confirmed until your deposit has been received. A copy of our Cancellation Policy is available on Request. Please inquire for special deals for long term winter bookings and rates for the Christmas and New Year period. During the season we prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but are willing sometimes to discuss alternative days,

Rental terms:-

Minimum of 1 week and for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children. Rate includes all water, gas and electricity used.

Rental times start from 1400 hours on 1st day. Apartment must be vacated by 1000 am on last day to allow for cleaning.

The Rental does not include a cleaning service. The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with clean linen and towels. We ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and respectfully point out that should any additional cleaning to normal be required the cost of this will be deducted from your deposit. A security deposit of £300 is required to cover any breakages or damage. This deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure providing the apartment / contents have not suffered any damage and it has been left in a reasonable condition.

Within a few days we ageed to purchase the apartment and have since spent numerous lovely holidays there with our family and friends. We adore the island, mainly because of the idyllic weather, but also because of the huge variety of places to go and visit and all within a 1-2 hour car journey through some very beautiful and scenic countryside.

fabulous apartment in a great area

El Toro is a great area with a lovely beach & with the recently developed Port Adriana can cater for most people & within easy reach of other towns.
Apartment is in the perfect location overlooking the port with great views from the balcony. Fitted out to a very high standard & with everything you could possibly need. Although apartment block is not very pretty itself no complaints about the apartment. Easy access to the beach / port & also to
the shops/ bars etc in el toro itself.

Although l do have to agree that from the outside the apartment block is not the prettiest, it was after all built in the 1970's,it has a sort of character all of its own. Anyhow as you say once inside our apartment looking out over the marina and beach you would be hard pushed to find a better location at which to spend your holiday.

A 5* gem - heavenly!

El Toro was recommended to us by our daughter who stayed in the 5* hotel. We prefer an apartment and Casa Benisi is definitely 5*. The owners have catered for every facility, it is extremely comfortable and has a fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the marina and the small beach. The description on the website did not disappoint .

Obviously, as she knows us well she knew we would love El Toro - and she was quite correct. Its a delightful place, quiet but with enough shops (Spar nearby and small shop in the marina), restaurants and bars to satisfy whatever mood takes your fancy.

There are bus stops outside the apartment block from where you can travel to Santa Ponca (Eroski supermarket here) or Magaluf if you want to have a livelier evening. You can also travel by bus to Palma and stops on the way. You can also walk safely and as far as you like using the walking/cycling tracks alongside the roads.

We would highly recommend this apartment, so much so that we want to return.

5 star nest far from the madding crowd!

From the road this looks like a very plain apartment building but from the moment you step through the entrance of Peter's apartment "Casa Benisi" you are transported to a 5 star experience! It sort of feels like a very spacious balcony cabin on a cruise ship. You sit out on the balcony and watch the luxury yatchs come and go from the marina, you go to sleep with the sound of the sea lapping on the rocks 5 storeys below. You can see cars over at the marina but you never hear them. This is a peaceful, up-market part of Mallorca - no revelling tourists and cheap souvenir shops here! The apartment is very large, modern and clean, oozing quality. The bathroom is opulant, the well-appointed kitchen is huge, the master bedroom has a spectacular view. There's WiFi so you can tell all your friends what a great time you're having! It's about a 7 minute drive to Santa Ponca for all the shops and nightlife (get your groceries at the very big Lidl supermarket). There's a quiet little beach and a few restaurants 5 minute's walk away next to the marina. But seriously I didn't want to leave the apartment! I'd cook up some paella and sit on the balcony sipping Sangria and bask in the sun while admiring the 180 degree views. Stop looking for accomodation. Stay here! :-D

VIEWS TO DIE FOR!!

This apartment is truly lovely and we had an enjoyable week although the weather at this time of year is not perfect. The apartment is spotlessly clean and tidy and everything you could wish for is provided. We had a slight problem with the master bedroom door which would not shut properly and was scraping on the floor but that shouldn`t be much of a problem!
We can recommend the pool and restaurant below for friendliness and food.
It is nice to hire a car to see some of the Island. Shopping is good at surrounding resorts. Paguera is particularly good for gift shops and worth looking round, also Santa Ponsa and Magaluf. Teresa was very helpful when we arrived and gave us some tips of where to go.
We shall definitely be back, can`t resisist the view!

Great apartment

Just back from a week at this apartment in El Toro. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday, this is the apartment and area for you. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. I went away with my husband, my 14 year old daughter and her friend and we all loved this area. We were close enough to Magaluf (10 minute taxi or bus ride) to go in and visit the wildness and chaotic side of the Island which the girls loved but far enough away to not be annoyed by the noise and crowds. The apartment has pretty much everything you need including a washing machine which was invaluable, very clean and with a view to die for overlooking the sea/bay/beach/marina/pool/cafe/bar. The staff in the cafe/bar are lovely and friendly. The food is delicious and not too dear. You are within a 10 minute stroll to the small main street which has a few cafe/bars, a bank, a bakers, a book shop/newsagent and The Spar. It is very quiet with no crowds, all very relaxing and slow paced. We also visited Magaluf to go see the Pirate show which was brilliant, the food at the show (chicken, sausages, chips and coleslaw) although basic was lovely. The show is a little expensive but we thought it was worth it. I would recommend this apartment and this area to friends and relatives.

The apartment block grounds back on to the main road linking Santa Ponsa and Magaluf. It is served by a regular bus service linking into all major towns on the island. The El Toro beach is a 2 minute level walk away. The nearby village of El Toro has an excellent bakery, a selection of useful shops, banks and a supermarket all of which are only a 5 minute level walk away. The recently built marina of Port Adriano is a boat lovers paradise and has many delightful restaurants, bars and shops in it, again a 5 minute level walk from the front entrance of the building. The village is peaceful and quiet but the busy towns of Santa Ponsa and Magaluf are only a few minutes away by car.

Other Activities: Walking and cycling.

Golf: Briefly the excellent climatic conditions in Mallorca make Golf an all year round pleasure but best perhaps in the low seasons when it is not quite so hot. There are about 15 great courses set in stunning locations all around the island. The nearest local courses are only a few minutes drive away. Golf does not get much better than this !!

  • A very luxurious and spacious bathroom with 2 washbasins built into a fitted unit, marble floors and ceiling lights. It has a large bath with shower unit. Toilet and bidet.

  • The apartment has been extensively refurbished and is now one of the larger ones in the block. The master bedroom is large with sliding doors opening on to the balcony. It has a marbled floor and has a big mirrored fitted wardrobe unit offering plenty of storage space. The second good sized bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and other items of furniture. It is situated by the entrance to the flat giving it its own privacy and ideal for the friends or children. There is an additional very comfortable full size (4ft 6in) inflatable double bed which could be used in the lounge if required. This bed has an inbuilt electric air pump which inflates it in approx 3-4 minutes. During the day the bed can be stored in a bag and kept completely out of the way. Children from the age of 6 upwards are most welcome but we have no facilities to cater for any younger family members
