O1 bedroom, facing the beach, great view of the sea. It comfortably accommodates 6 people. Renewed for season 2011/2012 equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, mixer, coffee maker, pressure cooker, microwave and various utensils) and service area. Living room: Sofa bed again, armchair, table with 4 chairs, fixed and rotary fan with timer, 21 Philips Flat Screen TV, remote control, Web and internet connection. Apartment very airy and sunny. Black Out Curtains in the windows of the room and dormitory. Intercom with direct communication with the two ordinances, caretaker's house, garage and apartments. The apartment has no clothes and towels. We have two beach chairs and an umbrella (new). 01 collective parking space (limited by order of arrival).

In front of the beach (own bath). Trade varying site. Border with São Vicente. Bus stops and taxi at the door, safe bike path, beach kiosks, supermarket next door, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, butchers, and fair on Saturday, all within 50 meters from the apartment. Cable car and gas station nearby. Porchat panoramic views of the island.
