Fully furnished and equipped luxury 1 bedroom Executive Condo.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY BOOKINGS FROM JANUARY 01 2015 ONWARD. We thank all the people that have stayed with us and enjoyed our Condo.

One bedroom plus a den with double wall bed sleeps four. Private balcony with BBQ, in-suite laundry, secure heated parking, high speed wireless internet, HD cable, 50' HD plasma flat screen TV, dishwasher, all in a secure building with 24 hour manned security.

Access to great shops, cafes and restaurants. South Centre Mall and Chinook Mall are close by, two of the largest malls in Calgary. Close to Heritage Park, Glenmore Reservoir and Glenmore Park. The famous Ranchman's Cookhouse and Western Dance Hall and several other popular night spots are a short walk. Ranchman’s is one of the most popular Stampede destinations in the city!

We are a short 15 minute drive from the famous Spruce Meadows Equestrian Centre!

I will meet you personally at the condominium to give a brief welcome and orientation to the building and community as well as give you the security devices you will require for your stay.

This is a great neighbourhood close to all amenities. We are central to multi-lane highway access and to downtown. Close to walking and biking trails.

Calgary C-Train (LRT) Heritage Station is right next door and is connected to the condo by a pedestrian bridge. The Stampede Grounds and BMO Convention Centre are only 3 stops away. Only 5 stops to downtown!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bedding will not be provided for the Murphy bed unless extra guests are specified.

My wife and I stayed and Rob and Susan's place for two nights for our first ever trip to Calgary together. Rob was very friendly and tried to help in any way possible. The condo was clean and very up to date. I would highly recommend this place and will be staying there again on my next trip to Calgary!!
