Elegant apartment on the ground floor of an elegant old building: charm, tastefully decorated, bright and quiet contorneranno your stay in the house. 60 sqm with comfortable beds for up to 7 people, use wifi internet, washer / dryer, kitchen, microwave, linen and fuel included in the price agreed.

Minimum stays of 2 nights and for 2 people only.

The position (location) is strategic and ideal for seeing the monumental wonders of the city on foot or by bus (50 meters), in all seasons of the year and especially to enjoy Florence as its citizen, enjoying the opportunity of fashionable.

The urban context is both practical to get there from the highway (3 km) from the airport

(5/6km) or railway-station (2km) and for the parking of your car, very easy to find....difficult thing in Florence.

The area is full of typical restaurants in Tuscany and in the neighboring district of "San Frediano" and "Holy Spirit" along typical ways: Via de 'Serragli, Roman road, Via della Chiesa, Piazza Tasso, Piazza Santo Spirito, you will find endless trattorias and characteristic pubs all reachable on foot (in the house there will be for you a guest-book with all this useful information prepared with care by the owner).

The area is surrounded by historic districts such as "San Frediano" and "Oltrarno"( Santo Spirito) crossed by via de' Serragli,Via Romana,Via della Chiesa,Piazza Tasso,Piazza Santo Spirito. It’s the home of many “trattorie, osterie” (family run restaurants and popular with locals) together with good traditional Tuscan food restaurants all within walking distance!

During the summer in the magnificient Boboli gardens there are many events : classical and lyrical operas, ballets performed outdoors.

Departing from the apartment , step by step you can take a romantique walk to Piazzale Michelangelo and visit the well known Chiesa di San Miniato. The historic centre of Florence can also be easily reached by taking via Romana straight on.: within a few minutes you are already in Piazza Pitti. Shortly after you can also admire the popular Ponte Vecchio! Also the theatres (teatro Comunale, Teatro Verdi, Teatro la Pergola) are not far away.
