This spacious and luxuriously appointed 4 bedroomed, 5 bathrooms, 3 reception room and 11 terraced villa is newly refurbished and finished to the highest of standards. The interior is designed in the classic colonial style with solid oak floors throughout. This wonderful home is built around a tropical central courtyard, off the kitchen and dining room.The villa has absolutely everything including full satellite television and air conditioning throughout, sumptuous furnishings and an ultra modern and fully equipped kitchen. The villa is surrounded by a tropical mature garden and has a large 12m x 4m heated infinity pool. From its elevated and private position, every single room (including all the bathrooms) has outstanding and panoramic views of the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola.

The villa is on the outskirts of Benalmadena Pueblo, a beautiful, whitewashed, cobble stoned and rustic local village that is a 15 minute walk away. In the village are 3 excellent restaurants and several cafes and bistros around the village square. There are also 2 good supermarkets and a baker. The village has won many awards for its natural beauty and wealth of character. Uninterrupted views of the coast are to the front of the house and the beautiful Andalucian mountains are behind you. The nightlife of Marbella, Puerto Banus and the lovely Malaga old town are 20 minutes away. It is a 10 minute drive down to the beach and a further 5 minutes will bring you into the bustling marina and port of Benaamadena Costa. For children , there is the waterpark, the famous Tivoli entertainment centre, go karting and Fuengirola zoo are all within easy reach.

A beautiful villa with excellent scenary. Nothing to complain, just perfect.

There is a lot of steps and stairs, pay attention to this (children/disabled), we had no problem with 2,5year old anyway. And most likely you need a car.
