This is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment which can comfortably sleep 4 adults, delightfully positioned above a wonderfully quaint antiques shop on the highly desirable Golborne Road a mere 5 minute walk away from the famous Portobello Road Market.

Golborne Road is one of the most sought after addresses in North Kensington, boasting an array of charming independent shops, cafes and eateries from around the World (and the landmark 'Lisboa' cafe, a wonderful Portuguese Patisserie which supplies its famous pastries to shops and cafes all over London!)

This is a very safe and welcoming neighbourhood characterised by its friendly and (often uniquely) stylish residents - it boasts the wonderful Notting Hill charm of the nearby Portobello Road, whilst being a little more relaxed and much lesser known, with fewer tourists and more of a local feel.

Entering the property off the street through the front door one wanders up a short staircase adorned with several original paintings (lovingly hung by the owner) to enter the apartment which is on the 2nd floor. Wander through the small reception area to the front room where the morning sunlight falls upon an auburn sofa and unique wooden furnishings (indicative of the amazing local antiques stores). These features perfectly highlight the subtle aesthetic finishes that really show off this well designed home.

The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with everything you might need to cook up a storm using any of the international ingredients you might find on a lazy stroll along Golborne Road with a feast in mind! A toaster, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, full gas hob and combination oven are also at our guests' disposal for the duration of their stay.

We provide freshly laundered hotel-grade linen and luxurious towels for all our guests, which will be lying fluffed up on the bed upon arrival for your use. There is also a washing machine and a large drying rack for your own laundry.

Fast broadband internet with wi-fi access is also provided.

Gazing out of the Master bedroom window of the apartment one's eyes are first met by the fresh fruit and vegetable stalls selling all manner of international culinary delights, and one of the many boutique fashion houses to be found in this neighbourhood lies opposite just over the road.

In addition to the wonderful character of this apartment and being in such a lovely neighbourhood, it is also perfectly positioned for access to public transport - Ladbroke Grove tube station is just 5 minutes walk away, meaning one can reach Central London in less than half an hour after leaving the property! Notting Hill Gate is also very close by indeed, and can be visited by taking the number 52 bus for 10 minutes from Ladbroke Grove.

Wonderful stay

We have a wonderful stay in the Goldborne apartament. It had all we need for cooking our meals. Very confortable. The neigbbourhood was nice and had conveniente stores, bakery and good local restaurante. The bus stop is two blocs walking and tal ing the bus 52 it tales you in 5 minutos to the tube station.
