Our garden view home is less than 100 steps to the ocean and 60 steps across a meadow to the Dolphin Pool (perfect for family fun). After a day of exploring the island, you can enjoy beverages and dining on your private outside lanai, stroll around the neighborhood, or join others at the nightly sunset viewing at the clubhouse.

Newly renovated, this unit features travertine floors throughout, noise reducing windows, all new appliances, and is decorated in a lively Hawaiian motif with local and vintage art. Your home in Paradise is equipped with a washer/dryer, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, free wireless Internet, 4 built-in USB charging stations, and 3 flat screen TV’s (with HD expanded cable in the living room). The kitchen is fully equipped for indoor cooking, and there’s a BBQ for outdoor grilling. The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed with sumptuous private bath and shower; there is a full platform bed with drawers in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, to sleep a family of six or two couples.

Our unit is just a short walk from the clubhouse, tennis and badminton courts, 2 additional swimming pools, and ½ mile of shoreline. Covered parking provides easy access, making it easy to unload groceries or prepare for a day trip. We have a seasonal sandy beach on the property (90 steps away) and a year round popular surfing beach is just south of our unit (Puamana Beach Park) where you can catch some of the best waves in West Maui.

Nicely renovated unit

This unit has been well renovated and is well-equipped with kitchen ware, snorkels, beach towels, books, boogie boards. There is no dining table indoors, and sitting at the lanai table is noisy because of nearby traffic noise. The upstairs loft is hot, though there is an older AC unit. Managers and maintenance staff were very responsive.

We stayed in Puamana for part of our stay and in Kaanapali for the other part. This unit was clean and well appointed. It is a short walk (or a short run for one of us) into Lahania Village, although when required we mostly drove into Town for groceries, coffee and restaurants. Dealing with the owner was a breeze, as he was very helpful as was the Property Manager. We came with all the kids and everyone had a nice time. The pool(s) weren't crowded, with the Infinity Pool being a quiet pool more for Adults. A great location for anyone wanting to stay closer to Lahania without being right in Lahania Village.

Upon arriving the unit was extremely clean, well appointed, remodeled and we were happy with short walk to the beach.The free Wi-Fi was a bonus as was the in unit washer and dryer. The beds were a little uncomfortable so that was my only complaint. Other than that the place was very nice!

This was one of two properties we rented this time while we stayed at Puamana. The unit has recently been renovated so everything is new. The owners were kind enough to have a few boogie board, snorkeling gear and beach toys available for guest use. There was a king bed with master bath and another full bath on the main floor. The loft area is very private with a full or queen bed and another area in the loft with a cushion that can be used for another bed. The living room couch was able to sleep one person as well. Our kids were moving around between the two units so it was nice to have the extra space when needed. No location in Puamana is a bad location - every spot is beautiful. The unit is closer to the main road so you hear more street noise than ocean waves. People tend to go to bed early so the main road tends to calm down at a reasonable hour as well. Rick was the property manager on site and he was fantastic in answering any and all questions. Downtown Lahaina is walking distance. We visited over New Years and found that the beach is all rock, little to no sand, on the property at this time of year. Last time we visited over Thanksgiving and the kids were able to surf off a narrow beach. There is a sandy beach a short walk down the road and many others to drive to and explore.

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom rental but be aware the 2nd "bedroom" is very sparsely furnished and not comfortable for adults. The small closet was filled with the owner's property so there was little to no room to hang up your clothes. OK for kids. Also the location is right next to highway so you can sit on this lovely lanai but you won't be able to talk to each other over the traffic noise. Your view is the parking lot or the side of the unit next door. We never had one meal on it and there is no dining table indoors. If you are planning to be out most of the time it is very convenient to Lahina. The kitchen is nicely remodeled well equipped with appliances, but not cooking measuring cups/spoons, only 2 glass if it doesn't bother you to drink wine out of plastic glasses this will be fine for you. The property manager was very responsive and nice when we asked for some pots and enough towels for each of us to have a full set but I think the unit should have had those things already. The grounds of the property are nice but be aware this unit is about as far from the ocean as any unit on the complex and is much closer to the highway than the ocean. We did like the APVR app which was handy and easy to use.

We had a great time here, private beach to ourselves within walking distance of all the shops and steps away from 3 pools. The amenities were great, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a full kitchen made it possible for 2 couple to stay here without problems. We loved it and it was much more affordable than a hotel with no kitchen.
