We lease not for parties and events. Maximum 14 people. Villa with modern architecture, 450m built area, fully furnished and decorated, security 24 hrs. Condo with sports court and tennis court, playground, a ballroom, chapel and 3 lakes for fishing and hiking. Large terrace in the rooms with panoramic condominium. Winter Garden, games room with snooker table official, TV room with fireplace and satellite dish, complete with kitchen counter, stove 6 burners, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, equipped with tableware and oven. Dining room, break room and toilet. Large balcony with barbecue, barbecue accessories, wood stove, refrigerator external counter, cupboards, sink and dining table. Hammocks, pool for adults and children with chairs, sun loungers and parasols. Soccer field, ping-pong and playground. Vacancies for various cars. (Findings WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE TO READ: DO NOT HIRING FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS OR celebratory barbecues. NOT ACCEPT PETS. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE

THIS HOUSE IS OUR FAMILY AND PERSONAL USE, impeccable and for this reason we only leases family, never for parties and events, nor for more than 14 people. The climate there is super nice 100 km from São Paulo, with paved roads, local hiking, fishing, chapel and old slave quarters. Near the city of Itatiba with complete infrastructure of restaurants, supermarkets, leisure etc.
