Easter in Skiathos
We choose this property - Villa Pilion - in Skiathos to spend our Easter vacations and we did not regret it.
The Villa Pillion is perfect for families with small children. There is plenty of space for the children to play and run inside and out.
The view is wonderful from the house. You can see the mountains and the sea at the same time. The house is located in a peaceful environment surrounded by trees, which provide enough shadow for the hot sunny days. When the weather turns cold and rainy, like in our case at Easter, the property is equipped with electric radiators. More over the fireplace works very well and creates romantic atmosphere. We could find anything that we wanted in the modern kitchen like toaster, dishwasher, washing machine... The owners are very kind and helpful; we needed for example a baby cot and a baby chair. We were amazed how fast the owners brought them.
The property is equipped with fast wireless internet connection, satellite TV and DVD player.
The villa is not far from the sea. You could go on foot or by bicycle. The nearest beach has thin “gold” sand and the sea is not very deep.
Easter is nice at Skiathos with not many tourists while the restaurants are not overcrowded. This period of the year, when the nature is re-born, is the perfect time for relaxing and taking beautiful photographs.
I would suggest this property to my friends with no doubt. “Efharisto” for the lovely time in Skiathos!
