Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental at 10 Wisteria Lane in Sea Pines.
Our philosophy as vacation home owners is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable.
Top of the list is CLEAN and we mean CLEAN in all caps! Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.
10 Wisteria is light and bright and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate-great electronics, crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows, spotlessly clean appliances, and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The tile floors and carpets are clean and fresh smelling, as are the fabulous furnishings.
The ceilings are high and the light effusive and we are positive that you will enjoy your time here—inside or out!
The spacious living room with vaulted ceiling and skylights is the hub of activity and relaxation- -pus it boasts a sweeping view of our Island’s most famous golf course: the Harbour Town Links, site of the annual RBC Heritage. If you are looking toward the inside, there is a big Samsung HD TV with Blu RAy and complimentary Netflix!, two comfy sofas, and 2 club chairs.
The dining area is open to the living area and seats 8. Just off the dining room is a private and inviting screened porch.
Then there’s the pool! Just off the screened porch and also accessible from the living room, the pool at 10 Wisteria features a beautiful view onto the course— but it’s not too close.
The kitchen offers everything you will need-- and want. All white dishes, great heavy flatware and cookware, baking and serving pieces, and spotlessly clean, and stainless steel applainces. A pleasure to cook in.... or order in!
3 bedrooms (1 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with all new pillows, as well as TV with basic cable in each room.
Baths are well lit and spic and span! A third half bath offers up more make-up or hair-do’ing space when multiple females are in residence. (We know what you need on vacation girls.) And there is a nice size laundry room with room for storage and hanging. (Also needed though not as much fun as dressing for dinner out!)

We are proud to have developed a niche concept in vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island: Each of our Signature properties is outfitted and equipped to exactly the same high standard-- No matter the address, our guests may expect to find their kitchen fabulously equipped with heavy, quality cookware, lots of serving pieces, all matching dishes, and ample glassware. We feature a finer quality, organic cotton bed and bath linen than you will find anywhere in this market. (It is important to us when we travel that we are completely comfortable and we know you must feel the same!) Electronics are updated, as are our stylish furnishings.
Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, bath tissue, soap and shampoos, even coffee supplies and an assortment of cooking spices. We always also stock beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
PETS: So sorry—only human guests are allowed at 10 Wisteria.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 2 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes walking to the ocean.
More details on Sea Pines Beach Club- All new June 2104 and AMAZING! There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. THE OCEAN IS A 15 MINUTE WALK from the house, GOOD FOR A STROLL OR FOR EXERCISE; BUT, IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GARB, BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE. There is plenty of parking at the Beach Club, but in summer, we suggest best parking is before 10 am or after 2 pm.
BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation.
BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have 6 folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pak.

BEST PRICE?: Please note that we sincerely appreciate your interest in our home, but that we ADHERE FIRMLY to the generous discount policies listed here. Our guests have always found extraordinary value and comfort in our property. We look forward to welcoming you as well!
HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: The published rental rate is a base figure to which is added 2 additional fees: (1) a 5.5% Resort/Amenity fee which covers such “must haves” as resort amenities, entry, parking where applicable, our Signature property preparation including full size, household (kitchen, laundry, bath) supplies and amenities, our fabulous Fili d’oro Italian bed linens and Signature stripe, all cotton bath linens, secure WiFi and complimentary 48-state long distance calling in all properties, and our unparalleled guest service including 24-hour direct phone line to a member of our team who will assist you with any issue or problem that may arise, (2) 10% sales and lodging taxes, and (3) damage protection premium of $45 covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage when reported to BSSR before guest departure.
PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and your personal check via E-Check. Full details and cancellation policies are outlined in our Rental Terms and Criteria document which will be emailed to you once we receive your inquiry and requested dates. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT 'HOLD' ANY PROPERTY WITHOUT PAYMENT.

WINTER RENTALS: Buy 3 weeks and get one free! No tax is required for rentals 90 days or longer. Ask about our winter 'Super Specials': 3 months for one price including travel/trip interruption insurance.
MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER, FALL RENTALS: 5% discount off weekly rate.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Calculated as 7% of your final total. A brochure will be attached to your rental agreement.
