The interior equipment is simple and functional housing recently built, situated close to all amenities including markets, shops, medical center, bus stop and beach. For a maximum of 4 adults (a 140-bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed 130 in the living room) without extra possibility of a baby bed and / or a cot according to the age of the children, its surface is 45M2

The garage is not part of the rental, but you can park your car safely in the fenced wall of a total surface of 115 m2. (Vehicle owner remains parked on the street. It has a independent pedestrian access). A garden and 3 sunbathing on the ground + barbecue, another garden in the patio 9m2

SFR internet subscribers can benefit from my public terminal using personal identifiers

Pets are not allowed

Bicycle shed shelter is available

Possible activities: mountain biking and jogging, walking on the many forest roads

excellente location, petite maison très agréables, très propre bien entretenue avec un très grand confort (équipement rien à redire).
Cette maison est bien située , commerces à proximité ainsi que la plage , en plus nous avons apprécié de pouvoir garé notre voiture dans la coure . Je conseille vivement cette location.
