This house has an exceptional location in Aix, in the middle of countryside, not overlooked, without any disturbance, less than 15 min away from the town centre. Large Provencal farmhouse built on the site of a former farm, south oriented, on a vast land of nearly 1 hectare, sheltered from the mistral. It boasts, in its green setting, a perfect sunshine.

Built on the hillside, it has 3 floors that allow 2 families or different generations to live together without disturbing one another.

Located at the end of a path, La Luna has no traffic nearby. It's location allows you to leave the house for some long walks in the Montaiguet with view of Ste-Victoire. The district of Pont de l'Arc, located 5 min away by car, offers all the needed shops and services.

La Luna is a 230 sq.m house with whitewashed walls and white shutters. The interior, with terracotta floors and woodwork's, offer all the comfort.

It has a living room of 80 sq.m extended by a hallway and a kitchen, tiled and equipped. The whole opens on a 80 sq.m terrace.

A staircase in the living room serves 3 bedrooms: the largest one with its 180 bed, it has its bathroom.

The 2nd one has a bed of 140 cm and the 3rd one has twin beds of 90 cm. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

An office-library has a television room with an Internet Wifi access.

Stairs lead to 2 bedrooms with each one a bathroom with shower and a pool and garden view. These 2 bedrooms share a WC.

Secured 12x6 m pool. We access the water basin by a staircase. A part from the visits of a pool caretaker included in the price, its maintenance is done by a robot.

Next to the pool, a playground with a boules court and a ping-pong.

The whole is not closed and opens on pine, olive, fig trees, cypresses, bamboos, etc.

Cars can be parked.

Une location qui tient toutes ses promesses

Une propriété très agréable pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis avec suffisamment d'espace pour que chacun puisse mener ses activités sans déranger les autres. Le charme de la maison, du paysage et le calme sont conformes à la description et précieux compte tenu de la proximité (5mn en voiture) d'excellent commerce de bouche ou du centre d'aix (15mn). Nous avons profité de la terrasse et de sa vue à toute heure, de la magnifique piscine dans laquelle nos ados ont pu nager et plonger sans réserve et du terrain de pétanque pour des parties animées !
Seuls petits bémols, les literie un peu dure pour les fragiles du dos et l'installation électrique qui impose la surveillance de jeunes enfants mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de recommander cette maisons à nos amis.

maison idéale pour des vacances en famille

Ambiance garrigue dans un calme absolu à 5mn d'Aix.
Très "Provence" (chaleur à l'extérieur et fraicheur à l'intérieur) orienté sud.
Beaucoup d'intimité pour chaque espace permet de s'y installer à plusieurs.
Espace sous sol de plain pied avec la piscine (clôturée) très apprécié, très "vacances"...
de magnifiques souvenirs de repas entre amis sur la terrasse qui surplombe le terrain de pétanque, le ping-pong et la piscine (dans laquelle les enfants se sont régalés).
