Group Fun with Room to Spare

I threw my fiance's 30th birthday party at the Sea Filly House and it was great. We had about 12-13 people actually stay the night, and about 20 people over during the day for a cookout, There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is great, so spacious with views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and the wonderful Master Suite upstairs which had a really big private deck attached, and a bathroom bigger than my apartment
There's a big gameroom in the back with air hockey, a pool table, a ping pong table top that goes on top of the pool table and a door that goes straight outside to the hot tub in a lovely yard. The kitchen was massive and is where all of us spent a bunch of our time hanging out. Bring your laundry with you, the place has a couple of nice and new washer and dryers (I recommend keeping the laundry room door closed though, it was a little mildewy smelling)
The owner Randy was great, very accomodating and welcoming, and if we had needed anything I would've had no problem calling him.
A few things
1. Get there before it gets dark! Past Petaluma the road gets a little twisty and rural and there are no street lights. In the area where the house is the fog was like a thick blanket the first night. With no street lights and no lights showing the house address numbers, it's a little dicey.
2. Operating the hot tob wasn't as user friendly as you'd expect in a vacation rental. The operating instructions are a little confusing to say the least. They had a "key to the symbols". All you should need is on/off & temp.
Overall I would recommend the Sea Filly to anyone. It was perfect for a group and would be great for a family reunion, Thanksgiving, any kind of celebration with a bunch of people.
