Our LUXURY, OCEANFRONT condo is centrally located on the absolute best section of 7 Mile Beach within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and water sports. (Car not necessary) Enjoy watching the beautiful Caribbean Sea from the privacy of your screened lanai which extends across the full width of the condo. Double sliding glass doors open to the lanai from both the master bedroom and the living room. This meticulously maintained condo features 1500 square feet of space with new tropical furnishings providing the perfect vacation setting for up to six persons. Apt. #12, The Islands Club, consistently, year after year, receives a rating of 'EXCELLENT' from The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two queen size beds along with its own bath and walk-in closet. There is a combined living/dining room and the kitchen is equipped for even the most discriminating chef. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and free calls to the US and Canada. Livi9ng room entertainment system includes DVD/CD/VCR and library of movies, books and music. Both bedrooms as well as living room have flatscreen TV's. A full size washer/dryer is located in the condo and daily maid service is also provided for our guests.
Our beach is outstanding for its privacy, pure white sand and beautiful Casurina shade trees when the sun becomes more than you want. 400 feet of beachfront and no rocks or coral from water's edge to deep water - all sand bottom!

The condo has lots of amenities (including free phone calls to the USA and a very comfortable king sized bed in the main bedroom,) is very clean, and very attractively decorated. In addition, the staff is very helpful and the grounds are immaculate. All adding up to a great vacation experience.
The location on 7 mile beach is ideal---just a short walk to the grocery store and numerous excellent restaurants. Plus the beach is very quiet, private, and accommodates both sun lovers and shade lovers---and it's far enough away from the huge 7 mile beach developments/hotels to not be bothered by their high density.

We stayed in condo for 5 nights. Great unique location with wide and long secluded part of Seven miles beach. Amazing feeling of being away yet in the center of it all. Beautiful grounds, lots of space inside and out. We felt it was our private beach. For the first time on Carribean we did not have to "reserve" the spot on the beach at 6 am. Many posh neighboring hotels were so overcrowded! The condo itself is very nicely furnished, great comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has everything you can imagine and more. The owners are so nice and helpful in reservation and planning. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you Sheri and Roger
The Islands Club Condominium complex is in the very best stretch of Seven Mile Beach. You are within easy walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants (we especially enjoyed Deckers and Gino's Pizza) and grocery and liquor stores. Additionally, the beach is very quiet. With only a few other condos occupied, we felt like we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. While the complex doesn't have a pool, we kind of preferred it because it allows the buildings to be that much closer to the ocean (the best pool ever, right?). The grounds were impeccably manicured, even so far as the beach being raked every other morning.
This condo itself was very comfortable. The owner has thought of just about everything... right down to clothespins/chip clips in the kitchen! (We typically bring our own and were shocked when we realized she already had some there.) There was also wax paper, cling wrap, and tupperware, which really helped with leftovers. There were corkscrews and wine stoppers and just about anything you could need in the kitchen (except, oddly enough, a cookie sheet, which we needed for reheating pizza one night). There are hairdryers in the bathrooms and laundry baskets in the bedroom closets. There are also tons of books, DVDs, and CDs to entertain you. The only other thing we would have appreciated that wasn't in the condo would have been laundry detergent.
Pretty much any moment we weren't on the beach or sleeping in the bedrooms, we were on the screened balcony. This is one of only a couple units in the complex that has a screened lanai/balcony. While mosquitoes aren't really an issue in December, they certainly are during other parts of the year, so the screening is a definite bonus.
We had occasional issues with hot water. It seemed each time we showered we had to set the knob in a different location to get the same water temperature as the previous day. And a couple times we got a cold water shock in the middle of the shower, which is always an unwelcome surprise. But that was the only negative. Everything else was lovely, and we certainly wouldn't let the hot water/shower issues prevent us from staying here in the future.
Beautiful condo, spacious, very clean with all the amenities. Loved the location, so convenient for dining and grocery shopping. Was lovely to be right on the beach and listen to the lapping of the ocean at night and early morning. It had been 14 years since I had been there with my two daughters and even though they didn't remember it then being 1 and 3 years old, they certainly enjoyed themselves and will remember their vacation to the Cayman Island this time. A thoroughly wonderful trip and thanks to dear Angela, she made our trip so easy and simply delightful!
Our family spent eight beautiful days in Grand Cayman at The Islands Club, Apt. 12, in early August 2014. This was our second trip to Grand Cayman. We were so happy that we were able to return. On our first trip we stayed in a different condo on Seven Mile Beach that was not as centrally located as the Islands Club. We would highly recommend the location of The Islands Club. We loved the beach, water, shade trees, the grounds, and the convenience of walking to the grocery store and being able to bring our groceries back to our apartment in the store's shopping carts. That was wonderful! Apt. 12 is exactly as pictured and described. It was so clean and well appointed. We felt the "specialness" of this condo as soon as we entered. Everything was so beautiful! The owner, Sheri, was very pleasant and helpful to work with. Prior to our arrival, Sheri answered, in a timely manner, all of our questions. She offered us very helpful advice regarding restaurants, grocery store information, points of interest, etc. Sheri was very accommodating and for that we would like to say, "thank you." The staff in the office of the Islands Club was very friendly and they were a great resource to us in helping us to navigate the area. We are planning a return trip to Grand Cayman next year and have already been in touch with Sheri regarding the availability of her property for that week. We would love to stay at The Islands Club, Apt. 12, again next year!
Seems like coming home to us each time we return!! We have been staying in this unit for about 10 years. The condo is BEAUTIFUL!! Clean, updated, spacious and has all the conveniences of home. When we arrive Mr. Robert and the staff have everything (plus little treats) ready for us. If arriving on a Sunday, they will even do a little grocery shopping for you prior to your arrival due to the grocery stores being closed on Sunday's. The kitchen is open to the living room which is a big plus. The balcony is the best!! It is enormous, screened in with a glorious impactful view! The beach is wide, clean, quiet and RIGHT THERE !! We even saw an Eagle Ray and Turtle when snorkeling right in front of the condo!! Walk the beach in either direction for fun and food. We are scuba divers and this is the best of both world's. Close to everything.
