About Alison Kaczmarski
We live in the Northern Virginia area. Originally from Arlington, VA and Pittsburgh, PA (Go Black & Gold!) We have two (adult) children. We enjoy hiking, biking, golfing, dining out, beach combing and relaxing on the beach with a good book.
Alison Kaczmarski purchased this condo in 2014
Why Alison Kaczmarski chose Rehoboth Beach
We had our first date in Rehoboth Beach 30+ years ago and vacationed here when our children were young. We started coming back to Rehoboth over the last 10 years and fell in love with the area all over again. We decided to purchase this unit as our future retirement location.
What makes this condo unique
We chose this property because of the location and it's spacious rooms, open concept and great closet space. We love the back porch, where we sit in the morning with our tea and coffee. We are on the first floor so we have access out of our back porch to a grassy area and the pond. One of our children uses a wheelchair and there are no steps to get into our unit. We wanted to be able to park the car and walk or bike where ever we wanted to go. It's a 10 minute walk to the circle on Rehoboth Ave by the Visitors Center. We liked that there was a great 'locals' hangout, Arena's Cafe, at the end of the block where we eat more often than we care to admit. One of the three pools in the development is located next to our building.
