You will love our beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with the Pacific Ocean and beautiful palm trees right outside your back door. Enjoy spectacular ocean and Maui mountain views from nearly everywhere in the house, and a beautiful sandy beach just a quick walk from your lanai. It is walking distance to downtown Lahaina, or use one of the 4 bikes we make available to our guests.
Sit outside and enjoy the view and ocean breezes from either the downstairs lanai,the beautiful upstairs deck off the master bedroom or from your own hammock. The views are spectacular.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom facing the ocean, a queen bed in the second bedroom on the mountain side, and a third bedroom with views of the ocean and mountains with a king bed and a twin bed. (The king can be converted to two twin beds, for a total of three twin beds in the upstairs bedroom.) There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor.
The beautiful butcher block table in the large gourmet kitchen makes a perfect and inviting gathering place for friends and family. You will find all the comforts of home here.
If you have never been to Puamana, you will want to return year after year as we did. Puamana is a beautiful, gated oceanfront community on 30 acres of lovingly maintained tropical grounds. There are three swimming pools (including one right on the ocean), tennis and badminton courts, a restored plantation home/club house, and large grassy open spaces overlooking the ocean, with hammocks for lounging in the sun. And Puamana is a well-known surf spot that residents can access right from the property!
Great shopping, souvenir collecting and outdoor activities are all nearby. Being so close to downtown Lahaina and so many great beaches and activities is of particular interest to many of our guests.
Maui weather is generally nice all year round, and Lahaina is known as the 'sunniest' part of the island. And because Puamana is on the west shore, the sunsets are spectacular!

With three boys in tow, we explored the island and stayed at many different resorts and townhomes through the years -- in Kihea, Kahana, Kaanapali, Wailea and Kapalua, but we knew we found our home when we chanced upon the breathtakingly beautiful Puamana development in Lahaina. We all fell in love. We found ourselves coming back year after year, so one year we decided to invest in our own Maui Beach Home.

Rates might be slightly higher for holidays; discounts for stays longer than 2 weeks, or last-minute bookings.
Puamana Association Fees: $10/day (up to 10 days) vehicle registration fee which includes a parking pass for one vehicle; second parking pass for only $10 flat fee.
$200 departure cleaning fee is waived for stays of 7 nights or more.

$1000 downpayment required with signed agreement in order to hold the dates; for longer stays, a larger downpayment will be required. Full payment will be due 90 days prior. We accept personal or bank checks payable in US dollars, or visa/mastercard. Once final payment is received, all codes, instructions, directions and family recommendations will be forwarded.
