  • We require a 50%deposit to secure a booking,the remainder is due 8 weeks before start date,along with a £500 refundable damage deposit. All of our guests are met on arrival by our house keeper and shown around the villa. A brochure pack is left containing all information, places of interest and local markets.

Delightful holiday in every aspect.

We are a family of four from South London,who stayed at this gorgeous villa during August 2012.From the moment we arrived till the day we left our stay was wonderful.We where met on time by a very friendly housekeeper "Nicki",who showed us around,and how all appliances worked,and gave us lots of "Local"info,regarding supermarkets,and beaches.The villa was exceptionally clean throughout.We where impressed with the size of the gardens,and the pool area is magnificent,with the fantastic summer kitchen,which made our stay so relaxing.The villa is well located for Port Grimaud,Grimaud village(where the views of the castle,and restaurants are magnificent).St Tropez was only 15 mins away,which we visted frequently,i do recommed the market.We also went to a few local beaches,there is just one at the end of the road,where you can park,Most mornings i took a ten min walk to the local bakery,which we all became addicted to!! I will totally recommend this villa to everyone.It,s beautiful from start to finish.So well located and exceptionally private.We cant wait to return.

Wonderful holiday.Beautiful villa.Top location

Myself,husband and my two children had the delightful pleasure of staying at "La Madujan"in july.I cant describe how wonderful our holiday was.The villa is set in large private grounds,which where ideal for my children to play in.The pool and summer kitchen made our stay so memorable.It was well equipped,and the pool well maintained. Every day we relaxed,used the bbq,and made full use of all the facilities..The villa is decorated with beautiful french furniture,and was spotless throughout. Some evenings it was great just to relax in the large lounge and watch t.v or a d.v.d.The villa is excellent in location,for supermarkets and many local beaches Less than 10 mins drive away.St Tropez its self is just a unique experience,and again less than 15 mins drive away,or sometimes we caught the river taxi.which had such breath taking views.We found so many "Provance"restaurants,and just loved walking round the old town,which is so full of charm.I would recommend "La Madujan" to everyone,if you want a charming,authentic,private villa,which is so well located. Wonderful house with an amazing pool

We had a wonderful time at this house - a group of 5 adults. The photos do not do the house justice - it is quite large and well kept. There are a few things that could be updated, but overall it is quite good and everything works. But the best part is indeed the pool and the outdoor kitchen - it created a perfect vacation. We spent the entire week swimming, cooking, drinking out by the pool. We hardly ever wanted to leave - though when we did - both Port Grimaud and St. Tropez are quite close.

It was sunny weather our whole week - though very hot - and the A/C worked great. We recommend using the local drivers as recommended the property manager rather than taxis. They were quite affordable and convenient. The house is also conveniently located to go sightseeing (we went to Grimaud, Grasse, Cannes)

We hope to be back!

10/10 HOLIDAY!! 10/10 VILLA!!

RMyself and my wife our two children had the pleasure of staying at
'LA MADUAN' for two weeks in june. We were met by the housekeeper
'NICKI' who showed us around the villa,summer kitchen and made us familiar with all the appliances, supermarkets and knowledge of the area.Our stay could not of been more idyllic.The location was perfect to expolore the region.We spent many nights eating in the historic village of Grimaud,which was so picturesque and provance and only 8 mins drive.However my wife liking the glamour of ST TROPEZ worked equally as well it was only 10/15 mins drive.
The villa provided excellent accomodation,the lounge being very spacious and the added convenience of sky tv and free wi-fi that worked well for the children.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were all of a good size and worked well for the family.However the most pleasurable experience was the outside 'SUMMER KITCHEN' beside the beautiful heated pool.We spent every day here cooking and having bbq the children adored this. We would recommend this villa to anyone that wishes to stay in a peaceful,perfect location to enjoy the 'SOUTH OF FRANCE'

Really nice week in Okt. 2009

We stayed there for only one week, where we had bad luck with the weather - two days permanent rain, but nevertheless, it was worth it.

Our 4 children loved the heated pool - even while it's raining on your head :-) And they loved the mini pool billiard.

Not to mention the lovely surrounding of south france, about 8 km to St. Tropez and 10 km to the beautyful beach of St. Tropez.

This is a really recommendable site to spend the most beautyful time of the year, we'll return

The reason for not rating "excellent" is probably the missing bidet in the bathrooms and the not working TV (not that i missed it really - but who knows who does) - everything else was really nice.
