Great family home in an established neighborhood with privacy and a great mountain view. Three level home affords optimum privacy for guests. Main level has well equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8, and has entrance to a covered porch. Living room has gas log fireplace, vaulted ceilings, entrance to deck, CATV with VCR and DVD. Full bath with sunken tub with shower. Mst. BR has Queen bed, and entrance to private deck, CATV with DSL internet access. Upper level has two bedrooms (Queen, and 2 twins) with full bath in between. Lower level has family room with (Queen) sleep sofa, CATV, "game room" with large table, board games and puzzles, and entrance to a lower deck. There is a small bedroom (with one twin) and another large bedroom with queen bed. Occupancy Limit 11 . NO SMOKING. Pets are ok with a $100.00 non refundable pet fee per pet. There is easy access to this home located on Little Bear Pen- with a drive through drive way and a carport. Turnday: Any.
