Owner renovated apartment facing south in a luxury building shared with the 3 star 'Les 3 Vallées' with guard nearby: cinema, market, pharmacy, shopping mall. Quiet. Mountain views unobscured snow! The slopes at the foot of the building. Possibility to rent long weekend availability. 35 m2 light & quiet: apartment: large cabin with 2 bunk beds very comfortable insulated with 1 curtain, closet shelves - living room with 1 pull-out bed for 2 adults and a small bedroom with 1 adult in an isolated space by a curtain 1 all very comfortable for 5 adults with plenty of storage & all comfort. The resort has an exceptional fitness sports center with spa, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, squash, table tennis. Free shuttle every 20 minutes + dessert station car parks. Every Tuesday at the church at 100 meters from the apartment. jazz or classical concert alternating free. A real pleasure there is even a Steinway!

The whole apartment is fully tiled, no risk of wet carpet !! a flat screen with DVD player. Refrigerator and separate freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and traditional warmth, vacuum cleaner etc ... A linen rental company is right in front of the building. No need keys, a door opening code is given in the previous days to arrival, eliminating the expectations at the door when one is more .... The loss of key ... An internal lock ensures total safety. The ski locker located in the basement is closed by the keeper of the building every night and reopened in the morning, see the posted schedules.
