Apartment, Chlorakas, outskirts of Paphos, Cyprus – 1st floor, 1-bed apartment (sleeps 4) situated in a quality development. Furnished & equipped to a high standard, this home-from-home is a 5 minute drive to local shops, bars & restaurants. Patio doors from both lounge & bedroom lead to the balcony with table & chairs for that essential sun downer. The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout. Thalassa View Gardens has 3 swimming pools. The main pool has a gentle slope for access at one end with steps at the other making it safe for young and old alike. There are well-appointed changing rooms, showers & WC and dedicated BBQ area. A lift & stairs provide access & allocated shade parking under the apartment block. The next door apartment, a 2-bed, sleeps 6, combined with this apartment provides accommodation for 10 people. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven, kettle, toaster, iron, clothes dryer and a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. A Welcome Pack awaits and linen, towels and beach towels are provided. The fee includes utilities and the final clean and laundry. Once the apartment is prepared for your arrival, the key is placed in a Key Safe in the parking area for easy access regardless of the time of arrival. A travel cot with linen can be provided for a small charge of £15.
