Villa Barranquet is situated in a spacious set up urbanization of Parcent. Set in the midst of orange groves, almond and olive trees. This very complete furnished villa has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and en-suite shower room, a separate kitchen, lounge and a south facing terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool (5x10m) and surrounding large terrace. There is an outdoor BBQ area with gazebo and garden. It is situated in a very quiet and peaceful location, with magnificent views at the Colderates mountain range with easy accesses to many walking trails and only a 10 minute walk to the rustic village of Parcent with some bars and shops. There are over 20 other bars and restaurants all within a 10 km distance in the beautiful valley of Jalon, well known for its Mistella Wines, which you can find in the local bodegas.

The beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Javea are at a distance of 20 minutes drive from the villa where you can enjoy a day at the beach, have a drink on the boulevard or enjoy a meal in one of the many local or international restaurants. There is a small supermarket in Jalon (10 minutes drive) and several restaurants can be found in Alcalali (5 minutes drive) and Jalon. From the villa you can make several trips in the surrounding such as Quadalest, an old Arab fortress (about 1.5 hour drive), Benidorm (45 minutes drive), Alicante (1 hour drive) or to Valencia (1.5 hour drive).

  • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
  • The 1st week linen packets, electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
