3 row houses, independent, furnished, adding that the 3 total 9 bedrooms, 100m from the beach. Ideal p / s meet relatives and friends / losing privacy. One is adapted w / wheelchair. Each house has 02 pav, 03 bedrooms, 01 suites. Outside area: churrasq / gourmet equipped, pool adult / child cascade. We rented together or separately and limit 06 people per unit. We yield to an emergency: bedding, bath and table. Rents and sells itself.

We are on the north coast - Camaçari / Ba, 35 km from Salvador airport. We have beautiful beaches, greenery and security 24 hours. In the square outside the condo, we have: Restaurants, bars, Bradesco cxs / BB, pharmacy, grocery, fast food, bike lanes, sidewalk bordering the sea, p, child. A 15 min. Praia do Forte is a village with bars, restaurants and TAMAR PROJECT - Conservation of Sea Turtles) as well as the Ecological Reserve Sapiranga, which makes day trips.
