Spacious and clean

I really love this place, next door to restaurants, bars and grocery store. I stayed here because it's close to my friends house and we had several kids and adults. Very quite and friendly neighborhood. The host stopped by once but we didn't need anything so I didn't have much interaction with them. Internet worked just fine for us. Having the snorkling gear, bikes and ice chest was a huge plus. All the spices and cooking essentials that we needed. Recomended to my sister in law. Very comfortable and large living area.

Beautiful Property

This condo was the perfect place for our vacation group of 4 adults. It is safe, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for beach hopping, hiking and enjoying all that the island has to offer. We appreciated the close proximity to the grocery store, snorkel rentals, and restaurants. The beach chairs, cooler and bicycles came in handy. Thank you for sharing this property with us.

Amazing experience

This rental was amazing. I had never used VRBO before and was rather nervous, however, this rental put me at ease. The unit was clean and had everything you could imagine, blender, rice cooker, grill for the barbeque. The unit was more than spacious for 5 adults. Although we were not on the water, you could easily walk ( or drive) to the owners beach which was beautiful. Property manager, Burt was great. We had some difficulty with the barbeque, contacted Burt and he was out the next day to have it fixed. Wendy, from Big Island Vacations was most helpful in getting us set up and booking trips for us. Wifi is a bit iffy but we were on vacation, so not big deal for us. We would go back to this rental in a minute.

Great location, comfortable, spacious

We stayed at this unit from 12/22/2014 to 12/1/2015 with our two adult children and our teenage son. The unit is well furnished and decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were very nice. The kitchen was large and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The community pool and spa were nice and well maintained. We did not use the exercise room so can't speak to that. We visited the owner's beach almost every day and it was amazing - excellent snorkeling! Unless you get there early to stake out your space, be sure to take your own chairs (there were 5 in the garage). The parking got a bit crowded but we were always able to get in. There is also an ice chest in the garage which we took with us on our day trips. The two cruiser bikes in the garage were a fun way to explore the local area. Very close to the grocery store, which was convenient. The only downside about this unit is the noise from nearby refrigerated trucks when we would use the outdoor patio and BBQ area. Not a big problem, but if you are looking for a peaceful outdoor space, this wasn't always the case. Also, the wi-fi signal was very weak and for the five of us, did not work very well. We didn't mention it to the property manager though, so maybe it could have been improved. If you are considering working from this location, I would make sure that the wi-fi situation would be sufficient. We had a great time on the Big Island and we enjoyed this lovely unit. I would recommend it and stay there again. Working with the property management company was easy and efficient.
