Fully fitted kitchen: dishwasher, fan oven + grill, glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, wine rack, microwave, veranda with table for 6-8 people, high chair, adjoining dining room with table for 14. 2 living rooms (1 with satellite TV with Canal+ package, 1 with hi-fi and log fireplace), second dining room with square table for 12, central vacuum cleaner, laundry room with sink, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Dressing room, sleeps 14 inc. 1 on the futon. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room. Walled garden with washing line. BBQ. Lakes, horse stables and children's play park nearby. Child safe pool (2 areas). Bellegarde is a very pleasant village, 10 minute walking from the house, where you'll find all the necessary amenities: doctor's, nurse, pharmacy, supermarket, 4 bakeries, patisserie, caterer, 2 butcher's, 2 green grocer's, fishmonger's, bullfighting arena and La Madone, old ruins which overlook the village. At La Madone you can enjoy many shows such as the guitar festival (3 nights, 1st weekend of July). In the heart of Provence and the Camargue region, you will be close to most of the tourist attractions. Within 30 miles of the village there are Arles, Nîmes, St Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, Saintes Marie de la Mer, Avignon (festival each summer), Orange etc.

The shower space is about 8 m2 and is equipped with 3 systems: flexible shower, fix shower with giant shower head and fix multijet power shower. This bathroom of Roman inspiration is lit through 2 windows overlooking the garden and the pool. The house is equipped with a warm water circulation system constantly insuring warm water in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. IMPORTANT: To adapt to the American standard, we have converted the European bathroom information. The original information is : - Number of European bathrooms : 2 (can be with or without toilet inside) - Number of European shower rooms : 1 (can be with or without toilets inside) - Number of toilets : 4

  • 6 bedrooms are available: 3 (one of which about 40 m? large) with double beds (two 1,60 X 2 m and one 1,40 X 1,90 m), a sleeper couch for 2 in the walk-in closet and 2 bedrooms with single beds (3 in one of them, 2 in the other, each 0,90 X 1,90 m). Moreover a Futon for one person is present in the office. A travel cot is also available to you. Very large storage capacity: wardrobes, shelves, chest of drawers. One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and contains a cupboard, a wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub. All the beds will already be done on your arrival, according to the number of guests, including the cot.

Notes: Outside, in front of the veranda, there is a pergola with garden table and chairs for dining in the shade. The pergola and veranda are covered by an awning made of canes. You can also enjoy the old sheepfold which is now a good area for dining or for children to play. In the floral garden there are many fruits to enjoy, depending on the time of year: oranges, lemons, strawberries, black berries, aromatic herbs, apricots and olives. A shaded room provides a place for table tennis. The old barn is 200m2 and acts not only as a storage place for sun-loungers and wood for the barbecue and fireplace, but also as a garage for your car. The pool can be lit in the evenings. Lastly, at the end of the garden there is a WC and shower for rinsing down after using the pool.
