Northern Michigan resident for 30 years, with three adult children. I work as a tennis coach, and love to swim.
After considering many lakefront opportunities, this is the best. The lake has a wonderful energy, and is un-developed along much of the shore. Views of Sugarloaf from the house, and delightful views all day, and stunning sunsets. The property is nestled in a mature forest, and the lake is pristine. Kayak in the morning along the shore. Walk to Good Harbor for a private beach spot to swim, sun and watch sun go down. Then back to the lake house for a campfire, and a quiet night sleep.
The house is newly remodeled, and water views abound. Great room has a wall of sliding doors with lake views, sunnny open floor plan. Enjoy the best of the Nat'l Lakeshore, hiking, boating, biking and swimming, and close to Traverse City.
