This beautiful house is located at the South-Coast of Barbados in the Parish of Christ Church. It is a completely new townhouse situated in a very calm, secure and nice residential area. It is just across the street from the sea. Located near Oistins (10 min. walk) and just 1 minute-walk away from the nearest beach or 5 minutes by foot to the beautiful 'Miami Beach' - Supermarkets, Banks and the Bus stop are close and easy to reach. The House was finished in November 2005. It is beautifully and very tastefully furnished with a luxurious and yet Caribbean touch. It can accommodate 2 people. Downstairs has a modern open kitchen - with a large living- and dining-room area. In the back you find a cosy, peaceful and quite terrace and with a flower garden. From there you have a beautiful view of the turquoise waters of this fabulous coastline. From the kitchen you enter the laundry yard with a washing-machine. The bedroom upstairs is furnished with a queen-size-bed and 2 large wardrobes.

The house is located near the sea which can be seen from the property. The house is surrounded by other mostly one-storey- houses with generally large gardens around them. A very quiet, nice and well kept residential area.

The property is exactly as stated. Upscale area. Nice sitting bench just minutes from the property overlooking sea.
Very tastefully decorated, not too much. Open and spacious.
Walking distance to beach and Oistins.
Grocery stores close by across from Oistins.
You may take the van or bus to any other area of island, just ask anyone. I would definitely recommend and rent again.
