Our Eguisheim vacation

Our hostess welcomed us very graciously and showed us the apartment. It was cozy and nicely decorated. The house is old and there are wooden beams in the dining area and bedroom. On the table was a dish with delicious chocolates. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. Everything you might need is there. The location is ideal, right on the main street.
Eguisheim is, in our opinion, the prettiest of all the Alsace villages. The houses are freshly painted in a variety of bright colors. With the flower boxes it looks like a fairy tale village.
Eguisheim is surrounded by vineyards. You can walk through them on your own or via routes supplied by the tourist office. One day we walked up to the ruins of the "Three Castles". We had a breathtaking view from the top.
There are many good restaurants and shops.
I would love to visit here again and would recommend this apartment to friends and relatives.
