Linda Duplex house in colonial style, all furnished with a panoramic view in front where we have a magnificent view of the beach Rocket and at the back we will sight the famous dunes of Cabo Frio. The house has 4 bedrooms large enough that this is 3 suites, 2 living rooms, 3 balconies, complete cusine, garden and covered parking for 4 cars.

The house is facing the beach. She is surrounded by lodging in one of the main points of the Lakes region. I'm only 10 minutes drive from Cape Arraial Center with its beautiful beaches and a 5 minute drive from the bustle of the best bars, restaurants and nightclubs in Cabo Frio Street is located a Mercadinho brings the mesnos 2 minutes walking, not counting she is proxima1 Military Club which owns the restaurant and has local shops

  • Of the 4 bedrooms 3 suites are upstairs of the house in which we have: In pricipal suite of the house have a double bed, a closet fan and a bookcase and a logical bathroom. On Monday suite find 2 single beds a bookshelf, the bathroom fan and logical. In Third suite find 2 bunk beds, a closet totalisando 4 beds with 8 doors, the bathroom fan and logical. In Room located on the lower floor of the house we found 2 single beds, cupboard and fan.
