Character conversion of ancient barn overlooking two lakes, on edge of hamlet of Les Combes.Close by the original chateau in 1000acres of heavily forested farmland, steeped in birdlife and wild boar (friendly kind). Lac St Pardoux about 25mins away for beach sailing and water ski. Limoges 30mins by car. Local shopping and many small but excellent restaurants within 2-3km. A walking, fishing and birdwatchers paradise.
