The house is in an area of ??2. 500m2, with many fruit trees, trees and a beautiful garden.

The house has:

 - 3 air-conditioned suites, (central air), in each case:

 - Bed for couples, bi-bed to single, independent TV channels, (DISH).

 - Five televisions, one in each dependency.

 - Pracinha under the trees for family reunion.

 - 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children and deck
