This upgraded condo is the largest in the complex with a wrap around lanai featuring a partial ocean view on one side and a garden/mountain view on the other with 3 sliders going out to the lanai from the dining room, living room and master bedroom. Recently upgraded with granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath. Marble tile throughout the kitchen, dining room and lanai. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together to make one king. The living room has a new and very comfortable full size sofa bed. Sleeps 4-6. Unit includes a very large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and fully stocked with kitchen utensils/pots/pans, etc. Outdoor barbecue area next to the pool includes 4 gas barbecues, outdoor kitchen and eating area. The pool area, which includes a hot tub, has been beautifully remodeled with stone features and plenty of chaise lounges and tables with umbrellas. Tennis court is located directly behind the condo, just steps away.
One-owner family for 25 years, pride of ownership is reflected throughout the condo. Our family has enjoyed this condo, surrounding complex, and the beach since 1987 including three generations of family members. We now would like to share it with our friends and VRBO guests.

Bobbie, the matriarch of the family, fell in love with this area when on vacation and purchased the condo where she lived for 25 years. She was attracted to the beauty and serenity of the area, the beach right across the street, close proximity to town and shopping, and of course - the beautiful pool just steps away.
This was a lovely clean condo located at quiet end of Alii Drive. To be right across from White Sand Beach was great.
Unfortunately, the wi-fi did not work, so we had no connections. My husband got the connection working for 1/2 a day, then it remained unworkable the remainder of our stay. The owner did tried to help, but we did not want to wait around for a technician to come in. With no telephone in condo, we were unable to make any inquiries. Had to leave condo to find free wi-fi, which we found at Starbucks, and the library. Not very convenient at all. I enjoyed listening to radio in morning, but unfortunately, there was not a radio in condo at all.
This is a lovely, well maintained condo. The lanai is huge and wraps around the corner condo. The windows are large and allow lots of natural light. The pool area is beautiful. Access to BBQ and eating area a big plus. Parking is directly under the condo unit. Having a lovely beach directly across the street is a real plus. Just one watch out about the beach, in the winter months some of the sand gets pulled away from the beach exposing lava rock. The beach is still beautiful and is an amazing place to watch the sunset. The condo is about a 10-minute drive from Kailua and is on the trolley route that goes to town. I highly recommend this rental!!
Good pre-stay communication and easy access to the rental. Unit was as described and depicted in the photos. Very clean and well cared for. It had everything we could want, including beach chairs and comfortable seating on the large lanai! As quiet and private a location you can hope for in a condo complex. Property was secure and onsite management was friendly and helpful. Parking and location was very convenient.
