Four Bedroom, two Bathroom, Sleeps 10

This beautiful 3,000-square foot home is located in a suburb of Salt Lake City. Just a 25 mile drive to downtown.

Waffle breakfast included - We have a commercial waffle maker and provide waffle mix, syrup, and butter for you to make breakfast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils that you'll need during your stay. Kitchen table seats eight and formal dining room seats 12.

The only shared space is the backyard and garage. When we rent out the house, we move into either our upstairs master suite apartment or our basement apartment. Both apartments have completely separate outside entrances from the space you will be renting. We then lock the indoor entrances and use only the outdoor entrances.

If your party has more than 10 people, please send us an email and we can see about accommodating your group. We approve extra guests on a case by case basis.

My name is S. Joyce, and my husband and I love to travel. We have a zest for life and never tire of a good adventure. Our retirement years have been full of travel, adventure, and showering our grandchildren with love.

This was a lovely home for my family to gather in. It is very clean and well maintained. They even had toys for children to play with. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and dishes with a large refrigerator so we saved a lot not having to eat out. Just be sure that you are comfortable knowing that although the owners' quarters are separated by locked doors, you can hear them and they can hear you so you have to be certain that you are comfortable with that arrangement.

It was great for our family get together. Nobody wanted to leave when it was time to leave, it was a fun time. Didn't know owners lived in the house in the locked master suite, just a little awkward but they didn't come out so it was okay. The place was clean and well maintained

You are welcome to come back and stay anytime :) I just wanted to better explain our listing, and respond to your review. We don't ever want there to be confusion when people stay at our home. In our listing we state that there is a separate basement apartment and an upstairs master suite apartment. Both apartments have separate outside entrances and we occupy both of those spaces. Our listing states "The only shared space is the backyard and garage. When we rent out the house, we move into either our upstairs master suite apartment or our basement apartment. I feel so badly that you missed that explanation in our listing, I hope this response helps.
