Great condo. Loved the big tub, the views of the river and the walking trails. It was SO quiet here. We slept very well and were completely comfortable. Everything we needed was close by (several grocery stores, restaurants and liquor stores). We arrived on a cold, slushy day, so it was extra convenient to park underground and use the parkade's car wash. Would definitely come back anytime.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is almost brand new and is super clean and modern with every imaginable amenity. The only reason that we didn't give 5 stars was because of the bed(s). Although the main (queen sized) bed was very new, it was WAY too soft for us; there is a pullout bed/couch in the living room which we tried, but that was VERY VERY uncomfortable, so we ended up spreading blankets and sleeping on the floor. Even with this, we are not complaining, and are very happy with our choice to stay here.
We stayed at the Champagne for a week while our son attended a hockey camp. The condo was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The owners were very easy to deal with, the neighborhood was quiet as was the building. We would definitely stay again.

Overlooking the Bow River, walking distance to grocery store and several fantastic eateries & a spa! Easy access to Glenmore Trail k. Deerfoot. Took us 20 mins to get to airport. This condo is equipped with all high end appliances, pots & pans, even had a clothes steamer! Nothing is missed. Julie the robot vacuum runs around while your away to help keep the floors nice & tidy. Extremely well kept. Spotless! Love the secured building and underground heated parking. The owners are handy for info and very accommodating. Our deposit refund was process the day we left. I'm very picky about where I stay and normally can't give a 5-star but this condo gets a 5++highly recommend!
Oh.... there's a running/bike trail right outside the building that takes you by the river. (:-D now go and have FUN!
We stayed in the condo for 8 nights while our home was being renovated. It was perfect for my husband, our ten year old son and I. The kitchen has all the supplies we needed, and the washer / dryer were an added bonus. Made life much easier than a hotel stay! The view from the balcony was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day with beautiful river views....we even watched deer one evening. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom is beautifully appointed, complete with a deep soaker tub which I enjoyed. Great location. Parking access was great. Building is clean, quiet and safe. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with - promptly responded to any inquiries we had and made sure our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.
