Our family has lived in Camden for four years and we love it. My husband grew-up in Hope and he always planned to move back to the midcoast. Fortunately, I fell in love with the area and we made it happen. He opened Hearstudios, a premiere recording studio and I am an art consultant. This home is also used for housing of bands recording in the studio.
We enjoy skiing at the Camden Snow Bowl, exploring the islands, and swimming & boating on Norton Pond. We are also so grateful to live in such a beautiful area that has delicious restaurants and great cultural activities. Please come and enjoy our amazing community.
Kate Cohen purchased this house in 2013
We purchased this property to use as housing for bands recording at Hearstudios, a premiere recording studio located near the house.
This house is great for visitors who want to be close to downtown Camden and the harbor. It sleeps 10 people comfortably, perfect for larger families or a group of adults. There is a school/public playground across the street, so it is an extra fun spot for families with children.
My family and friends enjoyed this home and location. We walked everywhere because the house is 5 minutes from the heart of Camden and harbor. Everything works. The decor and upgraded amenities are a real plus. Washer and Dryer are the only items I would upgrade. We would love to stay here again. For those who need bathrooms with every bedroom, this is not your place, but we never found this an issue for our family and friends.
