2 BEDROOM APARTMENT

We rented this apartment for two weeks from mid-September 2009. From our first contact with Jane I was confident that the apartment would meet our expectations. Communication with Jane and her daughter was excellent and receipt of the keys a couple of weeks before our departure (first time this has occurred in at least 10 previous apartment bookings) provided confidence that there would be no issues. This was also helped by the receipt of a 20+ page information pack re the apartment, complex and surrounding facilities.

On arrival our confidence was confirmed, the apartment and complex being exactly as described on the web-site description and in the additional info from Jane.

The apartment is about four years old, spacious, well decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The air-conditioning in every room was very effective in keeping the apartment cool at night.

The complex is relatively small with two blocks of 15 apartments and probably about 15 - 20 villas. It is best described as "select" as can probably be judged from the photographs. It is ideally located being about 5 min walk from the beach, 15 min from the main shops and restaurants of Kato Paphos and 20 min from the harbour. I did have a concern re parking before our departure but Jane re-assured me there would be no issue and this proved to be the case as we were able to park under cover, out of the sun, at all times.

Pathos is a good centre for a holiday in Cyprus and we would thoroughly recommend this complex and this particular apartment. We would also recommend Chloes and Imperial Chinese restaurants for an excellent meal as well as Fat Mammas for good food and entertainment.
