The villa sleeps up to 8 people and is located in a very quiet area, in a dead end, nearby Nice. It enjoys an astonishing view of the bay of Villefranche, the Cape Ferrat and the bay of Beaulieu. The surrounding stepped garden is an appreciated playground for children. The living room opens out to terraces where you can have pleasant lunches in almost all seasons, and diners during the hot summer evenings. It is also a good place to read the newspaper facing one of the prettiest landscapes of the world.

The villa will be a haven of peace and freshness you will love to find after a day of swimming in the ocean, visiting museums, hiking in the hinterlands or getting to know the bustling coasts...

The villa lies above the middle ledge, at about 200m of altitude. It is 1.4km from the pass of Villefranche, where the city of Nice begins, and 14km from Monaco.

The beaches of Villefranche, Beaulieu and Cape Ferrat are 10 or 15min drive through small roads, even during summer; it is also possible to walk to the seaside through paths and stairs but the way back (more than 400 steps) is more difficult... All daily shopping can be done by walking until the pass of Villefranche, where there is a minimarket, a newsagent, a bakery, a butcher shop and a pharmacy, but one can also go to Beaulieu, Villefranche or Nice to find everything one needs.

The dead end of the Raquel Meller Avenue is 50m away from the villa, in front of which it is easy to park. There is hardly any traffic.

A car is necessary.

  • Large bedroom (26 m²) with a 160x200cm bed (each side can be raised electrically) and en-suite bathroom. It has a French door opening onto a small terrace and another window overlooking the sea. "Red" bedroom (14 m²) with two 90x190cm beds that can be joined and a window opening onto the garden. "Boat" bedroom with an 80cm bed and one of 70cm. It decorated with wood panels, with a low ceiling and accessible through a staircase of 7 steep steps, like a boat cabin; children generally like it very much... A 150x190cm sofa-bed is also available in the living room.

The villa is built on 3 levels linked with easy stairs convenient for elderly people: - Level 0: avenue level. On the right side there is a laundry room (washing machine and central heating gas boiler) where golf and beach equipment can be stored. - Level 1: with terraces. Living room widely open onto the exterior and well-equipped kitchen, also opening onto the terrace where you can have your meals; this level is tiled and easy to clean. - Level 2: the level of the bedrooms and bathrooms, entirely carpeted. To make the most of the terraces, an inflatable swimming pool is available for children as well as lighting for the evenings, especially candle jars.

Amazingly comfortable house with fantastic views!

We arrived later than expected and once we'd been shown the house, our guide then very kindly let us follow him to the supermarket allowing us to buy provisions before it closed. Very much appreciated.
This house has truly amazing views of Cap Ferrat. Quite stunning. The location is quietly residential and yet close enough to Nice to be able to get in to explore and escape without too complex or long a journey.
Inside, the house was very well furnished, a lovely family home and everything was carefully provided - even down to a pad and pen for shopping lists - rubber bands in one drawer, string and cling film.... we made sure we replenished what we used.
The rooms were very comfortable and the double bedroom has recently been decorated and is very pretty.
Around the house there were several patio areas to explore all planted with flowers and herbs. A perfect place to stay!

The perfect place to rent. The location,the view and the entire villa are magnificent. The villa is extraordinary and it made our holidays very enjoyable.
