Casa Jade is a privately owned villa, ideal for four persons, and set in the tranquil and exclusive area of Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen. The villa is within walking distance of the Old Town and Harbour, where there is an excellent choice of local bars, restaurants and shops. The long sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen are also nearby. The villa takes up to four persons.

Puerto Del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote. Close by is the Old Town and picturesque Harbour, which is particularly well known for its many fish restaurants.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobes and associated furniture. This bedroom also has a bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and hand basin with storage cupboards under. There are patio doors leading on to a lovely, secluded terrace.

Casa Jade: A lovely two bedroom villa, offering you a holiday in a much sought after and tranquil area of Los Mojones. It is ideal for a small family, or even friends who want to share their holiday together. There is a spacious lounge, with comfortable leather settees, TV with some satellite channels, a DVD player and additional furniture.

Swimming Pool and Garden Area: Fully heated swimming pool, with Roman steps into the pool itself. Pool depths are 1 m. shallow end and 1.4 m. deep end. The spacious sun terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ for those wishing to try their hand at cooking. There are gardens surrounding the patio area and a wall which makes the villa very private.

Kitchen: There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and all associated equipment needed for self catering. There is a washing machine. A door leads out onto the patio and swimming pool area.

My family and I rented this villa for a week in August. It was in a quiet location yet close to amenities. The villa was very spacious and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this Villa. The property managers were very approachable and helpful.

Would definitely go back. That is the best compliment I can give it!
