Our property is a 3-bedroomed condo offering ultra-spacious living and equipped with all the comforts you'd expect from home including air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD and CD players as well as everything you may need to cater for yourselves. Grocery shopping couldn't be easier as there is an on-site store and a supermarket nearby. As well as being close to all the usual attractions - Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld to name but a few - you'll find plenty of things right on your doorstep to keep the entire family entertained. Resort facilities include 3 large heated pools, 5 whirlpool spas, sandy beach overlooking Lake Davenport, Clubhouse with sauna, massage, fitness centre, snack bar, restaurant, gift shop, internet cafe, games room, mini cinema & conference facilities. There's also a Kids Club to keep the children amused whilst you relax and enjoy the sunshine. Discounted rate and FREE spa voucher available on bookings exceeding 14 nights!

Our condo is set within the Bahama Bay Resort amidst 70 acres of landscaped grounds on the shores of Lake Davenport in central Florida. Just minutes away from local stores, 10min from Walt Disney World Resort, 20min from Seaworld Orlando and 30min from Universal Orlando Resort and downtown Orlando. Other nearby attractions include shopping malls, outlet stores and five 18-hole golf courses. You can also swim with the dolphins, visit wildlife preserves, ride in a hot air balloon and even schedule a visit to the Kennedy Space Centre. Bahama Bay Resort lies near the intersection of US-27 and US-192. It is 40min drive from Orlando International airport and 90min drive from Orlando Sanford International airport. Airport transfers and theme park transportation are available on request.

Food & Drink: At Bahama Bay Resort when it comes to dining you can have the best of both worlds... If your passion is cooking then our self-catering condo is perfect for you. There is a store within the resort where you can buy basic grocery items, but if you're looking for something specific then there are both Publix (supermarket) and Walmart (they sell pretty much everything!) stores just minutes away. There may, however. be times when you want to eat out... 'Mambo's' is a casual poolside grill where you can get snacks throughout the day. You can even have pizzas delivered to you in your condo! 'Tradewinds' lakeside restaurant serves buffet breakfasts and alfresco lunches. The dinner menu is extremely varied and we're certain you'll find something that tickles your tastebuds! Need a drink? There are two poolside bars and the 'Tradewinds' cocktail bar. There's also a weekly Manager's cocktail party and live entertainment three nights a week.

Golf: There are five 18-hole golf courses within a 5 to 30 minute drive from Bahama Bay Resort - Highland Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Legends and Orange County National. Transfers and tee-off times can been arranged through the Tour Desk. Club rental is also available.

Telephone: The telephone system in our property is linked to the Clubhouse and is used in the same manner as any hotel room telephone. It is usual for a deposit (credit card swipe) to be left at the Clubhouse Reception on arrival at the Resort, against which any calls made can be charged.

The condo is very well situated, very handy for all the theme parks and other areas to see, but off the main highway in a more peaceful area. It is still, though, close enough to amenities such as a varied range of restaurants.

Bahama bay is a fairly new development and the condo is very modern, well equipped and comfortable.

We all enjoyed our stay there very much.

This Condo was in very good conditions and there was enough space for our children 0- and 3-year-old to play and run! The pools and white beach were great! Everything worked fine and that made our stay enjoyable!

Few small things that weren`t as we would have wanted
1) internet access was not from this condo but from the clubhouse
2) our mobile phones didn`t work here at all
3) childrens pool was the only one not heated :(
4) we heard lot of noise upstairs; running, crying = small children (and they propably from downstairs).. meaning that the walls were quite thin..
