Beach-Front home + beautiful lawn front yard. Suite + 1 bdrm

Location! Location! R & R paradise! Just 7 meters from the sandy beach. Pristine, gorgeous + safe. Owners Assn: 24-h security. A lush, green lawn calls you to sunbathe in secluded privacy and shady trees beckon you to a lazy p.m. nap or an outdoor European-style meal. Bring your own books or enjoy our library! The ocean is always within view both from the well-equipped kitchen and living room. This location has been in our family for 50 years. As children, we spent 4 months out of the year there. Dad built the Beach's 1st house where the chalet now is. Mother Celia planted the trees! Lovely, Quaint Beach-Front Home: English spoken

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this 'Chalet' in Lagoinha, on the North Shore of Sao Paulo, Brazil on different occasions. It is truly beachfront, offering the MOST AMAZING VIEWS of the beach. It has a quaint beach home feel, very cozy and relaxing. You can see the beach while cooking in the kitchen! There is a very big garden in front, perfect for privacy and kids play.

* Very clean and comfortable to stay in with everything practically furnished for you except for food. *

The big house on the left, “casa grande” # 505 1414 70 is perfect for large family gatherings and has a big window facing the beach which you can open up and literally feel the ocean on your face as you’re eating.

The friendly owners also offer a 2-story home, # 570 166 371 that can be rented as one large home or two separate homes (the bottom floor and the top floor are both fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms). The top floor offers spectacular views of the beach and surrounding mountains.

The BEACHE IS CALM with very little waves which are great if you enjoy swimming in the ocean without being pummeled by waves. The water is clear, warm and beautiful shade of blue, a treat to swim in at anytime. There’s a great hiking, mountain trail by the beach which offers amazing views.

The community is GATED & SECURED so you feel safe at all times. I loved walking on the beach and around the neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly even though I couldn’t speak but limited Portuguese. Surprisingly we found quite a few people who spoke English and were able to guide us about things to see and do. A bus runs right in front of the gated community which you can take to neighboring beach cities to shop or enjoy a traditional Brazilian barbeque.

I would highly recommend any of these homes for your next Brazilian vacation.

I had a chance to stay more than once in all three houses and I must say that the experience was outstanding. There is nothing better than eating your breakfast listening to the sound of waves and contemplating the beautiful scenery.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
