General description

This is the 4,300 square feet main house of ?Maresia? coconut farm, built in a 72,000 square feet area, and surrounded by lawns and gardens, situated at 75 miles from Recife, capital city of Pernambuco state, and at 80 miles from Maceió, capital city of Alagoas, both by road. The house comprises four in suite bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living and dining rooms, spacious kitchen, a ?U? shaped terrace , maid?s bedroom, an adult swimming pool (for both leisure and hydrotherapy) and a children?s one, and a small soccer/volleyball court. There is also a 710 square feet external area comprising toilet, kitchen, a masonry BBQ grill with turning grills, a shower for the swimming pool area, disco sound and light system, which serves the leisure structure and divides the ?party? area and the main house area. Suited for 12 guests (children and adults), maximum. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

The house is just 5.6 miles away from S. José da Coroa Grande/PE, and 3.7 miles away from Maragogi/AL. There are many restaurants and rustic snack bars near the house area.There are many miles of a reef strip some 2,000 feet away from the beach, which offers warm and calm seawater and countless places for sea bath, fishing, navigation and diving.
