Directly opposite the famous 'Bathsheba Rock Pool' beach & a grassy shaded park sits a renovated traditional Barbadian Style beach house with 4 bedrooms (wash basins & built in robes in ea.), & two and a half full bathrooms. Fully furnished (new stove/washing machine/fridge), with 2 internal bathrooms & external beach shower, solar hot water, outside BBQ, supplied with plates, glasses, pots & pans, cutlery, toaster/toaster oven/microwave/local TV, CD iPod player/radio with plenty of secure off-street parking. Bed linen, beach & bath towels supplied for each person. Wireless internet, telephone (local calls), utilities are included, it is secure & will sleep 8 adults comfortably. Ideally suited to families or couples looking for a self catering holiday with an authentic Barbadian flavour. Located on the best surf beaches on the island, Soup Bowl & Parlour. Both up and downstairs of the Beach house can be rented together or separately depending on the size of the group. The large one bedroom apartment has air-conditioning and is fully self contained with a modern kitchen, all appliances and internal private bath room. THE HOUSE HAS WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET FREE !!!!! Located in the picturesque seaside village of Bathsheba on the wild Atlantic coast of Barbados. A local Bajan restaurant is close by & several low key East Coast hotels within walking distance for dining/drinking along with a local 'Rum Shop' nearby serving drinks & local food. East Coast Barbados is well known for its rugged beauty & rustic charms. Atlantic rollers break on the large rocks at sea to form beautiful mist & foam. A trip along the East Coast Road gives rise to a most spectacular seascape with huge Atlantic waves breaking over rocks & reefs to form small pools close to shore. The scene is completed by the presence of looming hills & mountains inland. Here you will find the 'Soup Bowl' a popular spot for surfing & scene of an annual international competition (Kelly Slater comes). The house is on the best surf beach on the island, it is also a great location for mountain biking & hiking & offers a true Bajan seaside experience, lots of friendly locals, relaxed vibe !
