Dare to breathe the tonic air and the exceptional light of the Pointe de Penmarc'h all year; the walks along the shores which surround 3 sides of the property. Available for families during school vacation. The sea in the countryside, inside a estate of 7 ha, 1.5 km away from a beautiful fine sandy beach, secured and south-facing. Calmness and independence are insured, security for children at an early age, covered garage for 3 cars. 15 min away from Quimper airport. Traditional Breton furniture in the shared room. Large kitchen with monastery table and opening to a large living room, the all south-facing. 4 large bedrooms of which 2 south-facing and 2 west-facing lighted by the lighthouse of Eckmühl, one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Enclosed planted with trees garden and brightened up of beautiful megaliths. Tables and chairs outdoors; renovated barn to group together if necessary. You can suggest a price.

Location: Finistere < Brittany < France

Between Le Guilvinec and Penmarc'h discover all evenings the spectacular arrival of coastal boats with the day's catch and especially the famous langoustines. Enjoy the 7 km of fine sandy beach, the rocks of Saint Guénolé bathing on the foam, the Pointe de la Torche and the endless and wild bay of Audierne which will lead you to the Pointe du Raz at the continent's extremity. Julien Grac said "in Brittany art is everywhere you just have to know how to see". He adored stroll in Penmarc'h along the dune when he was professor in Quimper (see the book "Carnets du grand chemin"). Rides very easy since the ground is flat and there are numerous roads. If you go to the South you pass over the Odet then Benodet 15 km away, Fouesnant 20 km away, Port La Foret and Concarneau 30 km away. With a quarter of an hour more you are in Pont Aven, the city of painters. But before everything you are in South Pays Bigouden, the country of the high headgear and of the Cheval d'orgueil (book)!

The quarter is paid at booking, as well as a 150 security deposit, for the balance you pay when is better for you. The security deposit is refunded after the inventory before the departure: you have to keep the property clean and in order after you. We will give you keys in double. You can call the renter on its cellular at any time.
